The large terrace leads straight to the pool area and is perfect for sun bathing by day, relaxing by night. It has clear view of the sea and part of Marina. Malaga Airport is one hours drive and Gibraltar Airport 30 mins drive from Duquesa.

About Anita Baral

The property is just two minutes walk from the fabulous beach. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of discounted rates at the nearby golf course. If you are looking for great food in the comfort of the apartment, we can also recommend local caterers who can provide delicious evening meals at reasonable prices. Just ask for information when booking.

We as owners go to the appartment once a year, would like to go ther more and stay longer but due to work committments it is not possible. Such is the comfort and convinience of all ameneties, you just do not want to come back. Such is the beauty of the appartment.

The beach is only 5 min walk. the area is full of restaurants of all taste, bistros, local supermarkets. Quite secure for children. Outside: The apartment has large terrace with outdoor furniture. This terrace leads onto shared swimming pool. The terrace is 120metres. South facing with sea views. It is quite secure for children.You can spend your day and night on the terrace relaxing in your own privacy. It has good plants on the terrace. The communal swimming pool is adjacent to terrace and your bedroom.This gives a combined very large walking area. Utility Room: An open utility area adjacent to the terrace and kitchen with washing machine fitted.This leads on to the terrace and communal pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: For rentals over two weeks a change of linen is available on request. Towels and linen included. They are renewed quite frequenly. Other: The apartment comes with secure underground car parking facility operated by electric gates. Forbe provided for the gates. The sun terrace has sun loungers and BBQ.

This property is lovely there is nothing we could complain about ! It is well maintained and in a perfect location .The views are stunning and u literally cross the road to the port which has an amazing selection of family friendly restaurants ! We loved it so much we booked for next year before we even left !!!

our 4th or 5th time in this apartment.love the spacious patio and views.easy access to port and restaurants.direct access to pool area .Probably the best located accomodation in duquesa.

spend your holiday in an exclusive self catering holiday apartment in Duquesa, Costa del Sol, Spain. The beach is very clean. There are walkways with benches to have a pleasant stroll along the beach. The coast is southern Spain absolutely beautiful.


Gibraltar airport is 30 mins drive and Malaga Airport is one hours drive from Duquesa.


The well renowned Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes away.

There is quick access to Ronda, Seville and Morocco.
