Apartment in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca - Air-Conditioned, South Facing, Large Sandy Beach

The apartment is fully air conditioned/heated and double glazed to suit the season. The master bedroom and living area both open out onto a balcony. There is a large life guard patrolled swimming pool with a sectioned off area suitable for young children and a fully organised kids club during the main season. Close by is a multitude of family attractions such as water parks, go karting, shops, cafes and for sporty types, walking, cycling, skiing, jet skiing, sailing, scuba diving, golf etc. Palma City is a 15 minute drive away and Palma International Airport just 25. Notes on accommodation: The apartment is on the first floor and is approached through the hotel lobby which is manned 24hrs a day by an English speaking receptionist including 24hr fully monitored security on all floors during high season.Additionally there is a telephone system connecting the apartment and reception. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and is not suitable for pets. There is a lift to all floors.Bar and entertainment on ground floor. Outside: Swimming pool, lawn, patio and sea. Utility Room: Washing machine and ironing facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included in the price. The apartment will have been fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival, additional cleaning can be arranged on request.

back from a great week at this apartment. (located in the Verdemar) It is comfortable and extremely clean and well kept and the views from the front balcony are spectacular. there are a lot of little extra touches at the apartment which are great. The apartment is central to all restaurants and night life. A 3 minute stroll will bring you to the centre of everything. the beach is a short stroll away along a pathway leading from the apartment. There are plenty of sun loungers available and you can easily swim in the Santa Ponsa Bay which is on your door step. All in all I can highly recommend this apartment. All the facilities of the Verdemar are at your disposal and the reception/bar staff are all very friendly.

The apartment is a short walk from a large sandy beach and a short drive will find a number of small secluded coves and beautiful beaches.


Palma International airport is a 25 minute drive from the apartment. Car hire is not essential.Taxis from airport cost about 40euros [approx. £45] Buses run regular services in the area and several taxi companies offer a very efficient service with very reasonable fares.


The famous Cathedral City of Palma with its large international port as well as its renowned shopping centre is only 15 mins away by car. Puerto Portals (the Puerto Banus of Mallorca) is 10 mins away and within a 5 min drive are all the main family attractions such as Water Parks, Marine Land and the 'Pirates Adventure'. There is a large hospital within 2 minutes drive of the apartment.

Further Details:

There are a couple of supermarket a bakery and a multitude of restaurants and within close proximity. In Santa Ponsa there are several larger supermarkets and an additional selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There are also several banks and pharmacies as well as a British Medical Centre with a 24 hour emergency service. Our English agent on call 24/7 for any emergency or any advice you may need.

Booking Notes:
Please check the availability calendar before enquiring. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arriving. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required with the final payment which will be refunded once the keys have been returned and our agent has confirmed that there was no damage and that no excess cleaning was required. Payment in Euros is also acceptable.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday but we maybe flexible dependent upon preceding/following bookings. Check in is after 3pm with departures no later than 10am.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds.
Prices in Euros will be at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of booking. Short breaks and discounts for long term rentals available upon request and dependent upon season. The apartment is rentable all year though the adjoining hotel closes between November and April.
