Children Playground only a few minutes walk from the villa. A short walk to the top of the residence from where you have one of the most fantastic views over the region of la Safor with its huge orange groves, vineyards, its mountain chain and its protected nature. Montesol is a fine established residence with large lit roads, smaller park area contribute to a quiet and private atmosphere. The property is not suitable for handicapped people. No animals are accepted unless small and under the conditions that they are well trained. there are many outside walking possibilities. As i am a non smoking person i only accept outdoor smoking. A private assurance has to be taken as we are not responsible for any accidents, Situation 10 min. from Gandia city/beach Gandia a beautiful historical town (200 years of the Borgia family) with its pedestrian streets under oak trees, excellent shopping possibilities in special designed pedestrian streets. Gandia is certainly one of the most attractive towns of la costa a very fine combination of history and modernity. Its large pedestrian streets with modern as well as traditional restaurants, international brand name shops, a very relaxing and secure atmosphere. Not only the beach is a major factor for visiting Gandia but also the beauty of the surrounding countryside which is amazing, small little villages with friendly people.Alzira, Xativa of historical interest are within 1 hours drive. Amusement parks, cuellera or Terra Mitica are ideal places for the entire family.

main point is its tranquillity the spaciousness in the house as well as its outside life. large pool area with beautiful views.

the villa is ideally located for major roads, gandia is only 8 min. centre and the best beach of spain 10-15 minutes. children are welcome and if you like to go to amusement parks with them, they are 30-1 h drive from the villa.

Gandia town centre is 8km /10 mins drive. Xativa about 40km / 40 mins drive with one of the oldest castle in Europe. Benidorm about 80km / 40 mins drive on A7. Very international town with attraction park Terra Mitica. Altea about 70km / 40 mins drive, very special place but need good walking shoes as many steps beautiful sea views. Valencia about 70km / 45 mins drive (or by train 1 hr). Cite de science avec aquarium. Water attraction Parc Cullera 20 min drive. Pego Safari Parc 20 min.

Gandia the town of the borgia belongs to one of the smartest towns of the coast. Surrounded by its exceptional nature (protected by the communidad de valencia) slightly outside of town the immense campo de naranjos beautiful to see during the blossom. And the sea one of the best of spain. Gandia centre has been up graded and its a fine combination of historic buildings and modern boutiques, restaurants, bars ect. Various quaint pedestrian streets where its a pleasure to do shopping in all tranquility or just stroll around, have a cafe con leche in one of the small cafes with excellent choice of pastry. For the youngsters gandia is a real treasure, many fashion brand names, for all pockets but also beautiful designer shops, cartier etc. A very fine choice of restaurants with international chefs where you can enjoy a selection of traditional as well as international menus, excellent professional service. Night life in the summer is concentrated mainly at the beach area where there are several night clubs and discotheques. If you like the nature visit the area around Pego inland with its Natural PARC very amazing country side and small picturesque villages. The villa is within 5 minutes drive to a very typical village of barx with panoramic restaurant, candlelight diner under the sky of Spain¡¡¡ Also during the months of march July august not to miss the famous fiestas, fallas where everybody participate, people are friendly in the region and most people do understand English and French. Many historical villages to visit which are within 30/60 min. drive from the villa, sports activities, tennis foot etc. riding, mountain climbing are all within short distance to the house and at your disposal in the villa many documentations.
