Los Sueños is situated in the beautiful coastal region of Binibeca. Enjoy a short stroll to restaurants, bars and beach or take the local bus, land train or taxi to one of the nearby towns. Within a five minute walk of the apartment there is a supermarket, laundry, bakery or even the opportuniy to learn scuba diving! car and bicycle hire is available opposite the apartment and just a 15min stroll along the coast is Binibeca Vell, famous for its traditional architecture and restaurants.

Our first visit to Menorca was in 2000 ....... love at first sight !
We were very fortunate the following year to purchase 'Los Suenos' a delightful 2 bedroom apartment in the beautiful area of Binibeca.
As well as all or guests we have enjoyed so many lovely holidays in Binibeca.
We have run a Guest House called 'Sarnia Cherie' in Poole for 20 years. The comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, be it home or abroad is our paramount concern.

Had another lovely stay in Los Suenos Apt Binibeca. This has been our 6th year at Chris's Apt,very clean and well maintained to a high standard.Would recommend this property which is close to beach and restaurants. Supermarket also close by as well as other amenties such as hiring bikes and diving equipment. The restaurant we recommend is El Faro but there are others to choose from. Chris the owner is most helpful for any problems and also Martin is only a phone call away. The property has a private garden area and BBQ plus use of a shared pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. A dream of a holiday
What a lovely relaxing time we had in Los Sueños apartment from 20th to 27th August. We can confirm that everything you read on the description is very accurate. The instructions from the airport are easy no need for a sat nav. The apartment is very well equipped with just about everything you could need on your holiday and a few very useful bits and pieces left over by previous clients. The bedrooms are a good size, beds are very comfortable. Beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived.
If you like peace and quiet then this is for you. The private garden is indeed very secluded, quiet and not overlooked. The pool is great and very clean, most of the time we had it to ourselves which was an added bonus. There is a Swiss lady who lives in the apartment at the front for the whole summer each year and she is the font of all knowledge - if we needed to know anything she was always under her umbrella in the morning and very friendly and informative.
We did not have to do a big shop at the larger supermarkets as we found all we needed in the local store only 3 mins from the apartment. The bakery was also wonderful with freshly baked bread and pastries every day, we had breakfast there twice, it is very reasonably priced.
In the square (which is more round than square) where the bakery is, we found a very different restaurant. If you like cheese then this is for you, they serve cheese hot, cold or fondue with local pate and breads. They also serve home made puddings which are lovely.
Everything you need is within 5-10 mins walk. The beach was busy but what do you expect in August!. The bay is pretty and the beach gradually slopes in the water so great for kids. All water sports are available on hand and if you just want to walk from the apartment and have a swim in the sea there are purpose built ladders to get you safely in the rocky areas.
Two very minor points that hopefully will be sorted for next year are that we did find the fridge a little small but it did keep the beer and Gin and Tonic cold. Also the week we were there it was very hot (great for sunbathing and eating outside) but with no air-conditioning it did make sleeping a little uncomfortable although the fans provided did a great job. It would not put us off going again but adding these extra comforts would be the icing on the cake.

Perfect family holiday and in a great location
Los Sueños was a wonderful apartment/villa and in a great location in Binibeca. A perfect family apartment for us and our two children (11&7) which was much larger than we expected having spent numerous holidays in the Cala Torret apartment complex and the added bonus of a pool really made the holiday.
The apartment looked immaculate and well maintained with two good sized double bedrooms with automated fans, secure shutters and plenty of storage. The lounge was large and comfortable, with the added bonus of free Wi-Fi, digital TV and DVD player. The dining area with large opening windows was perfect for morning breakfast and catching some sea breeze. The kitchen was more than adequate with washing machine, cooker, microwave, plenty of utensils, cutlery and storage etc.
Outside there is a wonderful seating area with large BBQ set beneath a large olive tree, two sun loungers by the accommodation and two by the pool. Fab! Pool was lovely and big, very clean with plenty of space for loungers. The accommodation has a nice homely lived in feeling we’ve not experienced with other rental property, a wonderful welcome pack, books to share, plenty of mosquito machines, lots of DVD’s and non-essentials left by previous visitors for others to use.
The location in Binibeca is perfect, there are so many excellent amenities close by within 5-10 mins walk: tourist information centre, kids playground, scuba diving centre, kayak and bike hire, supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurants, bus stop to Sant Lluis/Mahon, tennis courts, mini land train to Binibeca Vell/Punta Prima and off course just 5 minutes’ walk is the lovely beach, 10 minutes if your carrying inflatables and its midday!. New fairly large waterpark also just opened down the road, good but go after 3pm when cheaper, 2-3 hrs is enough.

This was the first time we have not stayed in a hotel, and I have to say how much more relaxing it was! Having access to the pool and the bbq was fabulous.
We have been to Menorca a few times now and I have to say this is the best location we have been to so far. Quiet with privately owned villas and traditional Menorcan architecture. Close to the beach and restaurants serving traditional dishes. But also lots for our 5 year old daughter to do!
Had an issue with TV and internet when we arrived but Martin the agent came to fix it. Overall a lovely well equipped apartment. Hope to be back again soon...!

Lovely relaxing holiday "Los Suenos"
This was our first visit to Menorca, we will definitely return. Los Suenos lived up to expectations, couldn't have picked a better location with a well stocked supermarket & very nice bakery within 5 minutes walk. Our favoured location to sit bt the sea each day was also less than 10 mins away from the accommodation which was perfect for sending my husband off to make picnic lunch and bring it back! The sea is fabulous straight in off the rocks for swimming and snorkelling.
The apartment was lovely, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed including lilos & sun brollies, although we did find one brolly had perished around the top, but the other 2 were fine & the large tabl sun umbrella was a godsend for shade on one day where we spent in the quiet garden. There were other guests in all the apartments around us but this didn't distract from us having a good time. The pool is well kept and was a pleasant temperature especially for my pre 7.30am daily swim. Nearby is the pretty harbour with a relaxing bar serving food and drinks including alcohol free beer for those who don't imbibe. There were a few other bars/restaurants in the village square all pleasant and friendly. Binebeca Nou is a perfect distance from Binibeca Vell for an evening stroll just for the picturesque ambience of the place. In the opposite direction are other villages within walking distance as far as Punta Prima and then get the little "train" vehicle back to Nou. For those looking to stretch their legs further afield you can pick up the long distance footpath Carre Cavell and walk towards Cala 'n Porter. The only downside we found which is the same with many Menorcan properties was not having air conditioning, our first 4 days were well in the 30's and evening/nights were very warm. Overall an excellent choice which we would definitely use again. Thanks Chris for you hands on approach with phone calls to confirm we had everthing we needed befor going and on return to make sure we had enjoyed your property. Money saving tip for those travelling with hand luggage & later flights, the 93 bus into Mahon is only 1euro70 takes 35 mins into the bus station and the 10 bus from bus station to airport takes 10 mins costs 2euros 55, bargain compared to a taxi. 1st bus from Binibeca is 11.05am. You can leave you luggage locked at the museum to make exploring Mahon easier, but it is shut between 2pm to 6pm so be careful on your timings!
We found it - our perfect place in Menorca
After many years of visiting different areas of Menorca we have found it! Los Suenos in Binibecca Nou is perfect for us, we relax as soon as we arrive. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, light, well equipped , maintained to a high standard and spotlessly clean. The icing on the cake is having a private garden with sun and shade, patio and barbeque area. Being at the back of the block it is quiet and private.. with only 8 apartments to share with the pool is perfect and usually we have it to ourselves. The apartment is perfectly situated, 5 minutes walk to a gorgeous beach with beach bar, and 5 minutes from four very good restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Binibecca Nou is very picturesque, turquoise seas, coastal walks and platforms on the rocks with steps into the sea. There is also a diving school with kayaks and paddleboards for the more energetic. Quiet peaceful area especially out of high season, but only half an hour from Mahon and the airport. Chris the owner is particularly helpful and accomodating. Second visit here and it won't be our last - why go anywhere else?
Activity and Interests
The coast is an easy five minute walk from the apartment and offers a delightful sandy beach (one of the prettiest on the island) with a beach-bar serving hot food and hot/cold drinks and a rocky out-crop for lovely walks. The beach is ideal for swimming or just relaxing on the sunbeds that are available for hire, clean toilet facilities are available.
Mahon airport is a 20 minutes drive away.there is a very efficient taxi service so car hire is not essential, although its highly recommended to enable you to see the rest of this beautiful island.
The nearest town is San Luis approx a 10min drive which offers further facilities and places of interest. The old city of Ciutadella is located at the other end of the island (approx 1 hour drive) which is famous for its medieval architecture - a town that is steeped in history. Mahon (a 20 min drive) is the modern day capital and has everything you would need from Boutiques, Open Air Cafes to Harbour Cruises and in between the island offers you the most beautifull beaches and coves.

- Notes on accommodation: This apartment has been recently retiled throughout. There are four sun loungers available for the guests and cots and high chairs can be hired at a nominal cost. Outside: Outside the entrance to the apartment is a private garden with patio and stone BBQ for guest use. There is a good sized shared pool which is well maintained and cleaned regularly. It has two depths (which are indicated on the side of the pool) and steps at either end. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We supply bedlinen and towels, (please bring your own beach towel). All linen is changed on a weekly basis.
