Sleeps 4/6. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with a bed-settee in the salon. Sky Freesat package, Smart TV and WiFi. Delightful location, on private estate with security gates Overlooks golf course in Mandelieu – 2m from the beach and approx 7m west of Cannes with its year-round activity. Beautiful views. South West and North East facing balconies. 3 swimming pools, all with sunbeds. The South-facing balcony is furnished with chairs, loungers, table and light and can be protected from the sun with a sunblind. Peaceful location, yet only a short drive from Cannes. The golf club is within walking distance and the clubhouse offers a bar and restaurant. The village of Mandelieu, a short drive away, sits on the mouth of the River Siagne, flowing from the foothills of the Esterel Massif. There are local shops, restaurants, bars etc and many lovely places to visit in the area. The apartment is only a couple of miles from the sea, with many nice beaches – both public and pay – nearby. A car is essential.

There are many beaches to explor. Cannes (7m) has a string of pay beaches, plus a public beach by the Palais de Festivals. Back towards Mandelieu, public beach stretches all along the coast road, nearly to the Casino Hotel. Just here there are 2 beaches where you can hire beds and use the facilities + restaurants. At La Napoule there are public beaches either side of the Chateau. West of there, Plage de la Rague (c.2.5 miles) is our favourite. West of that, Theoule is still very near.

You will be asked to complete a Confirmation of Reservation and pay a £300 deposit, which is refundable at the end of your stay, subject to any damages. Rent is payable one month before your commencement date. If you cancel between one month and two weeks prior to your stay, you will forfeit your deposit. Within the two weeks before, the higher of the rent and the deposit.

Check in or out outside these times will be charged at €25, payable locally.

Notes on prices:
The rent quote includes €200 for the services of the keyholder and cleaner. You will be asked to pay this in cash locally, on arrival.
When calculating pro-rata rental prices, deduct £175, for the euros, which will be payable in full, and pro-rate the balance.
