Fantastic

Terrific villa in a nice quiet residential area. There was everything you need for your holiday If I were to be hyper critical it we be that the information pack left by the management company does not really tell yoiu much about the local surroundings. We were 3 days in before we found a small supermarket only a few minutes walk away. We had been walking 15 mins to the town before that. The only other thing to nit pick was the lack of grills for the BBQ These did not stop us enjoying the holiday and I would and will not hesitate in booking this villa again as soon as I can

Nice quiet location, very quiet neighbourhood, local shop in walking distance, main town about 15 minute walk downhill, taxi around €3 -€4. Nice clean villa, good size, comfortable

The villa was a perfect retreat to relax and unwind perfectly presented and spotlessly clean

First visit to this fabulous villa beautifully maintained with a lovely choice of interior/exterior style. The villa offers everything you should need for a fabulous holiday well equipt kitchen lovely fluffy big shower towels . We particularly liked the pool a south facing sun trap with a Jamie Oliver style bbq it was hard to drag ourselves away . Another added bonus for us off road private gated parking .

Great House with issues

The question that sums up our experience is; Would we recommend this house to family / friends. The answer is yes.... but with caveats. The house is in reasonable order and has most things you may need. Good TV and channels which is a bonus. It is only 10-15 mins walk to the town centre and 5 minutes walk to nearest bar / shop. Caveats; A neighbour at rear has two large dogs which are left out all day and some nights and 'never' stop barking. I have a neighbour like this at home so it was a real disappointment when we arrived very late at night, fell into bed only to have to listen to the din of these dogs all night.. If you don't like 'very' loud barking dogs this is not the holiday home for you!. A more minor point but was very disappointing was how dirty the sun bed cushion covers were. They were filthy and covered in the sun oil of previous less considerate guests. We paid £50 for the pool to be electrically heated, warmer apparently than the normal solar. Our hols commenced on the Sat but the pool was not heated as requested until the pool man arrived on the Tuesday. By the way the management company is fantastic and will respond in minutes to any concerns. Notwithstanding the dogs a bit of attention to detail and this could be a much better experience but overall good value.
