Apartment near Arenal beach, Javea, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Central But Peaceful Location, Only 5 Mins Walk To Beach. Great choice for couples

Considered to be one of the best complexes in Javea, La Isla is set around a large beautiful communal lagoon style pool with bridges and a central island feature. The tropical gardens offer spacious lawns and plenty of shade for long hours of relaxing. Centrally yet peacefully located, our first floor apartment is within a few minutes walk of the Arenal blue flag beach, a wonderful safe sandy bay with promenade and ample shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is well equipped throughout, with lounge with large comfy sofa and 2 Ikea chair beds. Sunny south facing balcony overlooking the gardens with glass doors giving the option of creating a small 2nd bedroom, a sheltered conservatory, or being a fully open balcony (see photos). There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, toaster and microwave. The double bedroom has a view of the Montgo mountain, a memory foam mattress, and a fitted wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a full sized bath and shower. Fans are provided for summer months. English TV and internet access. There is a lift and ample shaded parking, but everything is within easy walking distance so a car is not necessary. We have owned our apartment for 14 years and love Javea because it has everything. All year round sunshine, beautiful beaches, fantastic scenery, coastal walks, mountains, all the bars and restaurants we could need, yet peace and tranquility too.

The pool is amazing, and everything is walking distance, the beach, the restaurants, bars, shops banks, supermarkets but also it is so peaceful and the orange groves are right behind us

The shallow part has steps and a hand rail for easy access. Outside: Communal lagoon style pool with 3 very large pool areas narrowing under bridges and circling a central island feature. Large tropical gardens and lawns with ample shade. A private sunny south facing balcony overlooks the gardens and pool. Ample parking under shaded carport. AMAZING STAY, WILL 100% STAY AGAIN

Pam and Tim's apartment I do highly recommended . Everything is very labelled and all questions are answered in the Information pack they leave for you. I had the pleasure to meet Linda the cleaner who was very friendly kind and efficient.

Apartment is very clean with lots of equipment already provided ( sun loungers, chairs, bats & balls) which made my stay very enjoyable. The WIFI was great and very fast with no out cuts, the shower is very powerful and brilliant. Location for this apartment is amazing I visit La Isla every year and will 100% be using this apartment again. The communication between Pam and Myself was very fast and all questions were answered within a few hours which is great!

I would highly recommend choosing this apartment :)

Amazing stay and I look forward to next year with yourselves.

Perfect holiday apartment

The apartment is really nice, perfectly clean, very well equipated and has a fantastic location. Very close to the beach, restaurants and a big supermarket. It is also quiet, the community is not noisy and has private parking.

The pool is huge and clean, and the owners are very friendly and make everything easy for your stay.

I would book it again if I were to go back to Javea without doubt!

Nice apartment in a good location

We had a very pleasant week long stay at this apartment. It is in a good location, around 10 minutes easy stroll to the beach. It's a good size for a couple and it was equipped well for what you need for a self catering holiday. The pool area and garden are lovely, a mix of residential and holiday apartments and therefore lots of different nationalities, which we really liked. We would stay again 😊

Fabulously chilled

The flat is located in a quiet back road but only a short walk to the beach, the perfect combination! Although it's on the 2nd floor, there is a lift but we chose not to use it as the stairs were not steep and much faster! The flat itself is ideal for a couple, and very comfy. It has been made to feel like a home away from home,, with a great view of the pool, and a shady balcony to use if the sun is too hot.

I would definitely book it again, which is the ultimate compliment.. and believe me, I am fussy!!

Coast/Beach:

5 minutes level walk to the blue flag sandy Arenal beach. Safe for children with gently sloping sand into clear waters, with sunbeds and parasols available. The Arenal promenade has bars, restaurants and shops, on summer evenings there are market stalls selling jewellery etc.

Half hour coastal walk to the Port with beach and pedestrian promenade.

The Montgo mountain provides a fantastic backdrop to Javea and is a national park. The local coast offers spectacular scenery in all directions.

Travel:

Alicante Airport and Valencia Airport both approx 1 hour. Car hire recommended and full directions will be provided. For non-drivers airport pick-ups can be arranged. Pre bookable airport bus service currently 25 euros PP each way www.beniconnect.com

Distances:

Easy 5 minute level walk to beach. A few minutes drive to Javea Port, the historic old town and scenic walks. 45 minutes drive to Benidorm and it's theme parks. One hour to the city of Valencia, an excellent day out.

Further Details:

Easy walking distance to banks, supermarkets, tourist office, restaurants, shops, bars. Diving, tennis, sailing, boat trips, horse riding, go karting and golf all available. Javea market is well worth a visit on Thursday's. There is an information folder in the apartment. The keys will be posted in advance, detailed directions provided.
