Beach Penthouse Apartment, Los Narejos, Los Alcazares, Costa Calida - Wonderful Luxury Accommodation Right on the Beach Perfect for Families and Golfers

This beautiful modern apartment is situated right next to a lovely blue flag beach which has a flat palm tree lined promenade running beside it, ideal for a walk or cycle (you can hire bikes locally) where in the high season there are beach huts serving drinks, tapas & snacks. The location is ideal for families and golfers (whilst the golfers enjoy a round at La Manga Club you can be soaking up the sun). The apartment is part of the new Nueva Ribera Beach Club development (which is not complete, however no building works interfere with your stay) which has 24 hour security access. The apartment overlooks the shared pool and has lovely sea views. There are 3 terraces at the apartment, 1 has a table and chairs (4) and 1 has 2 sun loungers. San Javier Airport (Murcia) is a 5 minute taxi ride away whilst Alicante is approx. 45 minutes. A supermarket, chemist, local shops and a few eateries are within a 10 minute walk whilst more restaurants are a further good 10 minute walk away.

About Karen

As a family we have been visiting out apartment since the children were babies and now we are well into the teens! The location is our slice of heaven and escapism from the rat run of life. As adults we always have an amazing time and equally do our children. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment has a cooling and heating system throughout. The apartment is ideal for families, golfers, couples. Long term renters are welcome. Please note that smoking is NOT permitted within the apartment. Outside: There is a shared pool which is split into 2 sections, 1 deep and 1 suitable for children. There is an underground garage for parking, 3 terrace areas. We have provided sunloungers and beach chairs which are stored in our underground storgage room. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and bathroom towels are provided. For guests staying for two weeks or more a mid stay clean will be provided. Beach towels can be provided however this will be at an extra charge. Other: There is a storage room in the underground car park where you will find beach/pool toys for the children,travel cot and a shopping trolley to transport your wine back from the supermarket! Also a number of beach chairs and loungers.

Lovely Apartment and Location

Had a wonderful week in this fabulous apartment. It is ideally situated a few steps from the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you would need, a real home from home. We hired a car but hardly used it as everything is within walking distance and easy to get to. We had some lovely meals out and would recommend the Spinosa beach bar on the doorstep and we also enjoyed the Marea bar and restaurant which was about 500 yards on the right as you leave the main entrance to the apartment block. Everything was spotless and the security was excellent. Thanks to Karen for arranging everything for us and being so helpful with all the directions and instructions regarding keys etc. Can't wait to go again and would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and family.

Excellent for a relaxing holiday

We have stayed in this lovely apartment several times. It is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The property is well equipped and of a very good standard. The master suite with private balcony provides an added luxury. The beach is on the doorstep and the pool area is suitable for all ages. There is a bar nearby and eateries within walking distance. A good supermarket is a ten minute walk away up the road and the main town is a 30 minute pleasant walk along the sea front or a short taxi ride away. The town has a large selection of restaurants and offers a good range of menu to cover all tastes and pockets. Car hire isn't essential but we do hire one so that we can get out and about and travel further afield.

Perfect family holiday

Gorgeous place, literally steps from a beautiful beach. We loved the beach bar Spinosa right next door for food and cocktails. It is really flat and we would on most nights walk back along the beach after dinner. It's a super spot and really relaxing for a family holiday, even the teenagers were happy! The apartment was perfect for everything we needed too and the pool comes in handy for a quick dip to cool off. Thank you Karen so much for letting us stay in your little paradise! We will be returning!!

Location

Coast/Beach:

You could not get any nearer to the beach, its right at your doorstep! The beach is so clean and flat, its gorgeous.

Travel:

San Javier Airport (approx. 5 minute taxi journey).

Alicante Aiport (approx. 45 minute journey).

Car hire isn't essential however most of the restaurants etc. are a good 20 minute walk away, but all the land is unbelievably flat so no hills!

Further Details:

A local representative will meet you at the security entrance and will welcome you into our property and make you feel comfortable. Everything you could need is all within a 10 mins walk i.e. chemist, supermarket, bank and car hire.

A local market is held every Saturday within a two minute walk.

I am restricted with the amount of text etc, so please contact me if you are interested in staying at our luxury penthouse apartment and I can send you are testimonials to date and additional pictures etc and can answer any questions you may have.
