San Pedro town is only a 5 minute walk away which offers bars, restaurants, several tapas bars & a weekly street market. The towns of Lo Pagan & La Ribera are also within 15 minutes walk. A 15 minute walk away from miles of sandy beaches with safe shallow waters of the Mar Menor which are renowned for its Therapeutic Mud baths with their healing properties. Also nearby are tennis courts, 9 golf courses within 30 minutes drive, horse riding, scuba diving and water skiing on the Mar Menor. There is a large supermarket in the highly modern shopping centre of Dos Mares also 10 minutes drive away. This centre is open 7 days a week and upstairs is a designers paradise.

15 mins walk to miles of sandy beaches on the Mar Menor. Several beaches on the Med are also within 10 mins drive.
Murcia airport 10 mins drive. Alicante airport 50 mins drive.
San Pedro town 5 min walk offering shops, tapas bars, restaurants, banks, street market and supermarkets. Large modern indoor shopping centre with supermarket, food outlets, arcade, cinema and bowling 10 mins drive away.
The property is situated next to a newly built health complex offering a variety of relaxing treatments which include massages, saunas, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, team room, gym, and an array of health and beauty treatments.

- Outside: The property has 3 separate sun terraces. The first is on the ground floor which offers table and 6 chairs with parasol and BBQ. The second is off the main bedroom and has relaxing chairs and drinks table. The third being the roof top solarium offering all day sun with 2 sun loungers and table, chairs and BBQ. The communal pool is located at the back of the property and is accessed via a locked gate to offer exclusive use to residents. Beach chairs and parasols are also available for your use. Utility Room: At the back of the kitchen is a small area where there is a washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen, bath towels and departure clean are included. Please supply own beach towels.
