The apartment comprises: WIFI, Living room with dining area and 38" Flat screen Sky TV with full sports package and movies, leading to sun terrace with 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs overlooking swimming pool; also a rear sun terrace for late evening sun. The kitchen has just been completely refurbished (January 2016) with new cupboards, work surface an American fridge freezer with iced filtered water on tap, new hob, oven, microwave,dishwasher, Also there is a, kettle, toaster, washing machine and access to the terrace; Master bedroom with king sized double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and access to terrace; Second bedroom with twin beds ceiling fan and en-suite shower room; Third bedroom with twin beds and ceiling fan; Fourth bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan; Third bathroom; Underground parking space available for an additional 7 euros a night. Three swimming pools, one of which is a paddling pool. The grounds are all enclosed and a key is required to enter or leave the premises. The apartment has central heating. About the owner

I live in England with my wife, 3 children and our 3 year old Tibetian terrio. My wife and I both work, but spend most of our holidays in Spain, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country.

Why the owner chose a property in Marbella. We love Marbella because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. 2 of my children are teenagers and they seem to love the area. The area is easily accessible with Malaga airport 40 mins drive away. The property is just two minutes walk from the fabulous beach.

It seemed to offer all we were looking for. We wanted town centre Marbella with a peaceful apartment, Close to beach with plenty of bars and Spanish restaurants

Yes, we indeed had a great vacation! The weather was wonderful, the apartment is very comfortable, and Marbella is one of the nicest places I have been (reminded Rob and myself of San Diego in Southern California where we lived before). Everything was easy to find - so we had no problem with accommodation.

We eventually found the Red Bar (not right away though), which was opened last day on the 6th of January before closing for a month. Also there was a restaurant called Garum (almost above the Red bar) where we had dinner twice. It is really a great place with the finish owner and English-speaking personnel. Food is outstanding and prices are reasonable for Marbella area (you probably know the place - if not we highly recommend!). I would like to thank you from all of us for the lovely 8 days we spent there. Best regards, Vera Stoddard.

Great location for the Beach shops restaurants and more spacious apartment great for the family

We have just returned from a weeks family holiday at the Parque Marbella we stayed here in this light spacious apartment which was well equip with. Everything that our family needed , my family consisted of patents children and grand children we all had a great time and make full use of the adults and kids pool everydays , we shopped in the

Local supermarkets and went on the beach frequently which was only a very short walk away .

This was our fist experience of a self catering apartment holiday and we would lhighly recommend it

Our booking through owners.direct was very easy and straight forward to complete and any questions were answered with s quick response .

We will use owners direct again

Super holiday in a great apartment!

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. It is situated in a terrific location, right in the heart of Marbella, a stone's throw from the beach. Everything in walking distance, no need whatsoever for a car. The building is beautifully maintained, quiet, clean, has every convenience one could need. We wil be back!

Amazing location.

Gorgeous apartment with everything that is needed in a rented villa.

2 mins walk from beach and bars and restaurants.

Apartment was as described on Owners direct. Clean and tidy . Welcome basket waiting for us as well . Bottle of fizz in fridge for my birthday.

Ideal location for old town and buses.

Can not wait to return here again soon .

Wonderful Marbella apartment

This is a fantastic apartment, we stayed over the new year period as we do every year, but the first time in this apartment.It is very spacious well laid out and of a great standard there were 2 pensioners 2 adults and 3 teenagers in our party and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The location is first class, close to the old town and as many bars and restaurants as you could ever need. The TV and wifi were a great addition with 3 teens 2 keep happy ! Great communication from Phil the owner and a thoroughly enjoyable break from British winter.

I would recommend this apartment and the owner without hesitation. Fantastic!

Fab location

Eight of us two families stayed here in July, it's in a great location close to the old Town and a short taxi ride to Puerto Banus ,11 euros or under 1.50 on the bus. The Apartment is very spacious not once did we feel under each other's feet even with 4 teenagers!. Having three bathrooms was a bonus as well, it was clean and tidy as we're all the communal areas.

Phil the owner was very helpful and had no problems with the booking, there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by to fit all budgets.We would recommend this apartment for families and groups of friends would book again.

Spanish holiday

Fantastic Holiday !!

Like it says on the internet this apartment really is in an ideal position if you want to check out Marbella. Large, spacious and clean inside and a 5 mins walk to the sea. Nice choice of Spanish bars and restaurants nearby. Very tastefully decorated. All in all it suited us well. Plane was delayed but that Monarch for you.
