About the property

Villa near Praia da Luz / Lagos, Algarve

The front of the house overlooks countryside leading up to the Monchique Hills. At the rear the ground floor bedrooms and sitting room open onto the lovely blue rectangular heated 10m x 5m pool, terraces and garden. Attractive high, domed entrance hall leads on one side to the ground floor bedrooms, upstairs to the master bedroom and to the other side to the large sitting/dining area and on to the kitchen/utility room. The house is furnished as a home, not a holiday retreat so furnishings are stylish and tasteful.

«Since first coming to Casa Perucas in 2009, we have spent several very happy and completely relaxing holidays in Casa Perucas. It has everything we need, and then a bit more too; a terrace area and barbecue beside the lovely warm swimming pool amid the beautiful garden, roomy and comfortable bedrooms, very generous living areas and a well equipped kitchen. Centrally situated for beaches and restaurants, and lazy walks around the Marina and along the waterfront of the charming town of Lagos while shopping for barbeque provisions from the wonderful fish market. Changeover Day:
The change over day is flexible but they need to fit in with other bookings. Odd day bookings e.g. a 9-10 day holiday are also accepted.
Notes on prices:
The rents are for the villa per week in UK pounds- based on 7-8 guests. Please apply for reduced rents for fewer people out of high and peak seasons. Pool heating is included from 17/3 - 29/6 and from 08/9 - 04/11/15. Very early and Late bookings also qualify for reductions.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Outside: The private pool is situated in a lovely walled in garden; it is 10m x 5m with built-in steps at the shallow end and pool lighting. The pool is heated (extra in certain seasons) and has a bubble cover. There are comfortable sunloungers and garden furniture sufficient for 8 people. The barbecue area has a gas barbecue and the covered terrace is well equipped with table and chairs for outside meals. Garage has table tennis, darts and equipment for pool volleyball. There is a car port to shade a car. Utility Room: Utility room has a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There is a Maid cleaning service once a week. Bed linen and towels are changed after a full week. The villa supplies pool towels and a hair dryer.
