1 bedroom with twin beds, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and large chest of drawers, hairdryer, large freestanding fan. Patio doors lead to private balcony with patio table and chairs.

5th person infant only, travel cot available on request. Fully tiled bathroom with wc, basin, vanity unit, mirror and walk in shower.

Downstairs there is a second wc with basin and mirror. New boiler also installed. The lounge has a new double sofa bed and a flat screen TV (with USB hub), satellite receiver and some English speaking channels, DVD player and a selection of childrens/family DVDs, stereo Radio/CD/MP3 player (with USB hub) and a large freestanding fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to enjoy your holiday. Utilities include fridge/freezer, washing machine, 4 ring ceramic hob, full oven/grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

This apartment has the additional benefit of a rear tiled patio with wall spot lighting, table, chairs, parasol and barbecue

Newly decorated and tastefully furnished throughout. These 1 bedroom duplex apartments with private balcony and front terrace are fully equipped to your self-catering requirements. Communal family and children's swimming pools are located in pretty, well maintained gardens. Only a short stroll to the fantastic safe sandy beach with plenty of water sports available. There are an abundance of bars and restaurants, which cater for all tastes, within walking distance and a well stocked supermarket to the rear of the property. Only a 5 minute drive to the golf course (or take the free courtesy bus that runs from the front of the complex every hour). 10 minute taxi ride from the airport.

Wifi connection is available in each apartment which is bookable in advance or can be bought on arrival.

There is a safe provided in the apartment.

The rental price is for accommodation only based on 2 adults sharing and includes all towels and linen (excluding beach towels). For additional guests this will increase by £10 per person per week.

Please note although our minimum stay is 3 nights, bookings for 3 nights are charged at our minimum price of £150 to cover our minimum costs. This price is based on 2 adults sharing, additional guests would incur additional costs as above.

Discounts may be applied to bookings of 4 weeks or more.

The apartment is available to rent all year round. Arrival time is after 2pm and departure times is before 11am although we are very flexible dependent on any other bookings. Please ask at the time of booking for special arrangements.

excellent apartment and location

Thank you so much for the rental of your apartment. We had a wonderful time in caleta, and we will certainly return in the future. The apartment had everything you could want for a self catering holiday and the complex was very clean and the residents friendly. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within 100 mts. Beach and harbour a 10 minute walk along the coast. Once again many thanks and well be returning again in the near future.

close to everywhere

very nice little and clean apartment. we found everything we needed. BBQ was useful. clean swimming pool. restaurants in the area were nice. it was a short walk to the beach. we recommend to rent a car and explore the island because its beautiful:)

Great apartment in a lovely complex!

This apartment was lovely, very clean and tidy quite modern too. The complex is one of the nicest I've stayed in very well maintained with plenty of beds and space around the pool. If you do anything while staying in Caleta de Fuste the Catamaran trip is a must just book at the at harbour. There are many lovely restaurant near buy but again a must is "15" and don't forget to visit Smile too !

Location

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Only 300m from golden sandy beach of Caleta de Fuste. The man made beach has been purposefully constructed in a horseshoe shape to avoid currents and is perfectly safe for children of all ages. There are an abundance of watersports available including; pedaloes, windsurfing, jetskis, diving, take a boat trip or even hire a yacht.

Travel:

Only 10 minute taxi ride from the international airport of "El Matoral". Although a hire car is not necessary during your stay, there are plenty of hire car firms in Caleta de Fuste should you wish to explore the rest of this beautiful island or even take a drive to Corralejo where you can take a ferry to Lanzarote (only 15 minutes).

The Caleta bus service is excellent and there are plenty of taxis available at very cheap rates.

Distances:

The apartments are in a sought after location, being in the heart of the resort with cash points, telephones, the sandy beach and an abundance of family bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop opposite the complex that will take you to the Atlantico centre where you will find a Spanish 10 screen cinema, 10 pin bowling, shops, more cafe bars, banks, a large Spa supermarket and McDonalds. Only 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario, the capital of the island.

Further Details:

The many restaurants in the area offer an array of cuisine including; Mexican, Greek, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese, Thai, Indian, Steak Grills and traditional Spanish Tapas Bars.
