Situated on the seafront of the small holiday resort called Calis Beach this fully equipped modern 2 bedroom holiday rental apartment overlooks the beautiful bay of Fethiye.

The rental includes a welcome pack, linen and towels but not beach towels. Extra services on offer include airport transfers, car hire, excursion information, and extra linen and cleaning (which requires an extra charge in resort).

Calis enjoys refreshing afternoon breezes and beautiful red sunsets every day. The extensive beach is right opposite the apartment - it couldn't be closer. The apartment is part of a block of modern apartments that sit right on the Calis Beach seafront and has magnificent panoramic views over Aegean islands as well as glimpses of the Toures Mountain.

Superbly situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, these distinctive apartments offer spacious yet refined accommodation designed to a high standard of comfort and style. Within approximately 400m walking distance to the centre of Calis, a charming modern sea side town with plentiful shops and restaurants.

The beach at the front of the complex has sun loungers and umbrellas available for a small charge and is blue flag standard. A surf and water sports school and club is a short 15-min walk along the beach and caters for all skill levels and ages.

There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, bazaars, water sports and a wide selection of daily excursions all on your doorstep.

The historic harbour town of Fethiye is just 3km away and can be reached by public transport, boat taxi, or on foot or bike via the seafront promenade.

Amazing location!

This property was perfect for our family holiday enough space to relax in and position perfect the views are probably the best in the resort and we have stayed in many properties here over a 18 year period! Would not hesitate to rebook Kate the owner is very prompt in communicating and the property has everything you could possibly need

A perfect property in a perfect location

We had an amazing 10 days in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived with ample room for my husband and I. It would of been ideal for 4 people as the upstairs has its own separate bedroom, toilet, lounge area and balcony. The views from the front balconies were of the promenade and the beach with sunsets to die for at night! When we arrived at the apartment the owner had left a welcome pack which contained enough food for the following breakfast and lunch which was so beneficial when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. Kate (the owner) was very punctual with her replies and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic apartment and Fantastic place.

Very well equipped and spacious apartment with incredible views and a glorious sunset nearly every night, perfectly situated for all the restaurants and bars but just far enough away to keep it quiet at night for sleep. Only 100 yards from the dolmus stop to Calis centre / Fethye / Oludeniz. Wind usually gets up in the afternoon (probably the efes) and a nice breeze cools the apartment, pool is great and it was never really busy, people swimming in the sea at 6.am beach is pebbly/gritty but sea great. Will come back again (if they’ll have us) 😊 Trevor & Jenny

Fantastic apartment

Beautiful apartment with all the comforts you need. Ideal location overlooking the beach with spectacular views of the stunning sunset. Spent hours on the balcony enjoying the views, listening to the crashing of the waves and people watching.

Great apartment with stunning balcony views

Due to Covid we found ourselves looking for a last minute holiday after a trip to France was cancelled. The owner was incredibly helpful given the last minute nature of our booking organising transfers and having the apartment ready at short notice. The apartment is perfect for couples or families with a useful washing machine in addition to a full kitchen and dining space although we found ourselves spending most of the time we were there on one of the two sea facing balconies which have fantastic views throughout the day and lovely sunsets each night. The location is fantastic, on the beach and with a pool behind the property as well as plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and a supermarket really close by. It’s convenient to get to Fethiye by taxi or water taxi as well as day trips.
