The villa is centrally located within walking distance to various restaurants and tapas bars. You can take a leisurely walk across the road to the huge, open, tidal flatlands where flamingos congregate and storks forage in the shallows, Sancti Petri which is minutes from the villa offers a beautiful beach, sailing, wind-surfing, canoeing and very laidback fish restaurants, or stay home around the pool and BBQ in the privacy of the garden .The beaches are beautiful, natural and very family orientated. The surrounding area is primarily second homes for Spanish families that spend their holidays on the coast. There are various golf courses in the vicinity as well as luxury spa hotels for well overdue pampering. Tennis and horse riding are also within easy reach.

we've had a really great stay and have been awesomely impressed with how well equipped the house is , we've stayed in quite a few villas in the south of Spain and apartments in Gibraltar and without any doubt this has been the best equipped one. the teapot was a star so happens that three of us are tea drinkers so it was the ideal size. Took us a week to realise there was a juicer in the cupboard as well ,regards

Notes on accommodation: The villa is walled and secure for children. Outside: The garden is flat and totally walled with an 8x4 meter pool with steps leading into the shallow side (not fenced). There are various terraces, covered and uncovered and plenty of area around the pool to put sunbeds on. The garden is south facing and has the sun all day. There is a gas BBQ and cane table and chairs for eating outside. Utility Room: washing machine.2nd fridge freezer. 9 mountain bicycles.fishing rods . Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels, linen, beach towels are included. Maid service every 7 days. Other: Separate dining room leading to pool area.

Fantastic Villa in Good Location

This is a really well appointed villa, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms all have air con (which was essential in August) and they had duvets! (rather than sheets and blankets). The kitchen is quite small but is modern, clean and had all the cooking and serving equipment we needed. There is also a gas bbq outside which we used a couple of times. The Villa has a wonderful, large pool with a deep end and the garden is really well kept - a pool maintenance man and gardener both came during our stay. The pool table and table tennis table are a real bonus and there are plenty of bikes. The villa is situated in a good location, although on a main busy road. You can walk to a handful of bars and restaurants easily and there are 3 supermarkets less than 5 minutes drive away. The main beach resort is La Barossa which is very lively in the summer and about a 5 minute drive away. The location is great for exploring this beautiful coast - Cadiz and Conil both worth a visit - and you can easily get up to the White Towns too. Tom was really helpful during our stay and had some good tips about the local area and beyond. Our security deposit was returned promptly. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely villa!

It was a very nice villa! Good area but close to a main road, (so it was quite noisy). Lots of places to eat around, and a short drive to the beach. Villa was in good condition and lovely to stay in. Fantastic pool and great to have the pool table and table tennis. Handy with the BBQ there as well. Overall very nice.

Excellent villa

Well kept and very well equipped - particularly the kitchen. A number of supermarkets a short drive away, some cafes a few minutes walk away. A good restaurant (in spite of its name - Popeye) about 10 minutes walk. Access to/from surrounding area is good as the villa is on the main road between Chiclana de la Frontera and Sancti Petri.

Excellent villa with pool close to amenities

Well equipped villa with walled garden,BBQ and excellent pool. Our family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed exploring the area. The wifi and satellite tv came in handy during the heat of the day as did the aircon at night. The bikes proved useful and the local cycle paths are easy and safe to use. A car is essential and Cadiz and Jerez are within 25 mins while Seville and Gibraltar are approx 1hr 20mins. All worth a visit. Happy to recommend this property and the area.

Superb villa

The trip to Chiclana was fantastic, The villa was like a home. comfortable, clean, with everything available including all tv channels. We utilized the push bikes provided to cycle in the beautiful parks. The local bars were very friendly and reasonable and the beach restaurant we went to provided the best seafood we have ever eaten. We can´t wait to return to this perfect holiday destination and specifically to this lovely villa.

The villa was more than we imagined! Well situated near to local restaurants and fantastic beaches. It will be difficult to find a better place to stay and we will be returning later this year to enjoy another fun filled holiday.

2 km from the blue flag beaches of La Barrosa and Sancti Petri (15 min walk or 4 mins by car).


The closest airport is Jerez which is easily accessible to the villa on the new motorway about 40 mins. Other airports within a reasonable distance are Seville and Gibraltar, which are approx 1 hour travelling time. Ryanair offer inexpensive flights to Jerez from London Stansted. It is advisable to rent a car at the airport.
