Maurice and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely town house. The views from all levels of the house



were outstanding. El Conch was so close, I felt I could touch him! We sat out in the early evening as



the sun went down, with the mist coming in, it looked magical. The grounds and gardens of the complex



were kept immaculate by the grounds staff. We would be very happy to revisit this lovely oasis 2012

Exactly as described

As Jane says .. The best located villa in complex surrounded by well maintained gardens and pool areas. Not easy to access from front if reservation office is not open. If arriving by taxi ask for back entrance with security, once there you will find short cuts, although lots of steps.

The Villa was immaculate and when we emailed Jane with problem regarding kitchen blind, maintenance were there within minutes to rectify the situation.

We used washing machine and dishwasher which made our holiday less stressful as we didn't eat out, so these facilities were used all the time.

Bed and bathrooms great, with good ventilation and air con.

Amazing views from all balconies which we used for every meal.

Taxis available outside with local supermarkets within ten minutes walk, all provisions. Taxi 10€ to San pedro with great beach bars, but pebbly beaches, take good beach shoes.

We were lucky with the weather, we had a heat wave, so air con was necessary.

Would fully recommend a visit to Jane's villa.

Deceptively spacious, beautifully maintained

My wife and I visited this property in August 2014 with our two young boys. We left booking late and were lucky that the owner had a cancellation. The owner was so accommodating and the pre arrival information was superb. Upon arrival we were impressed by the secure gated complex and having an underground car parking space.

The townhouse itself is stunning. Its incredibly well maintained and benefits from high ceilings and large rooms. Not being fans of aircon we loved the huge rooms and extensive marble which really cools the property down; although the property has aircon throughout if it gets too hot.

The terraces are a real treat and the roof terrace view is breathtaking.

The property is part of the Aloha gardens complex which means your just a stones throw from some really nice restaurants.

We loved this property so much we have already booked for 2015..

Superb!

We have had a fantastic time in this Townhouse and would recommend it to all! My parents are going in several weeks and we have raved about it to them. We can only say great things about the house, the complex and it's location. Everything that the owner has said and done has been spot on, instructions superb and a very kind lady. The house was very clean and we would go as far as to say we thought it was one of the best locations on the complex. The pool was lovely and great restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance, even for our 8 and 5 year old who don't do walking! What else is there to say...other than it was exactly what we were hoping for and more. We would strongly recommend this townhouse for a family of four or it would suit my parents to the ground I have no doubt whatsoever. We would definitely like to return in the future and wish to pass on our many thanks to the owner Jane, thank you so much for making our holiday so memorable!

All are within a few minutes drive of each other. The small villages on the mountains are worth a visit they are called mijas, coin, ronda, and you can drive to seville.

Distances:

Malaga Airport 45 mins. Gibraltar 3/4 - 1 hour drive. San Pedro 1.5km. Marbella 10 mins. Puerto Banus 5 mins.

Aloha gardens is in the heart of the golf valley. The views and quietness you get from your terraces are just to be seen. The complex is one of the finest in the area and is near a superb choice of the finest restaurants and golfers are spoilt for choice. There is a cosy bar (pedro's) and sports bar (el jardin) just outside the gated area, along with a bank, hairdresser's and video shop (with internet access). The aloha area (5 min walk) boasts a range of restaurants, cafes/bars, a supermarket, a newsagents and a sports/betting bar. You can stroll along puerto banus marina and visit many bars, restaurants, and spot celebrities passing by. Puerto banus has a cinema where is english spoken. The casino is down the road and there are lots of shows all over the coast. Tivoli, zoo, sea world, boat trips, 2 aqua parks, horse riding, water skiing and many other places to visit. You can relax at one of the many health spas there's a few to choose from. El corte ingles is situated in puerto banus they sell from designer items to food, electrics.
