Villa on Mazarron Country Club, Costa Calida - Tranquile and Relaxing Location at the Mazarron Country Club

This grand luxury villa is situated on the higher perimeter of the resort, overlooks the colourful roof tops and mountain views of Mazarron Country Club. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms and 2 bathrooms, all having access to either, the outside garden, solarium terrace or balcony. There is a large living area with a spacious open kitchen. The whole villa is very comfortable and has been furnished to the highest standard. Outside you will find landscaped gardens, sunbathing areas, shaded dining areas and a large swimming pool to spend all your relaxing hours! To one side of the property is a utility area and on the other side a secure and paved parking area. Access is wheelchair friendly. Ground level bedroom and bath! All outside tiled floor is non-slippery and safe when wet from the pool when kids jumping in and out! The social club is a 5 minute walk away where you will find the bar/restaurant, big tropical swimming pool, jeu de boules and tennis courts.

I would love to welcome you to our villa. Althouh resident in the UK, Reading, I am Spanish and have many contacts in the area. Our villa hostess manager who lives round the corner, two doors down, lives permanently there and will look after your every need.

I enjoy and practice cycling, swimming, running and sailing as main hobbies and love to practice them with my family when we visit.

Outside: Our private roman style 9x4m pool is surrounded by non-slippery tiles. The designer style garden with palm trees and other exotic plants make it a very enjoyable view from any of our 6 luxury sun loungers or whilst eating al fresco or preparing your barbecue in one of the sunny or shaded terraces and patios available to you. Utility Room: There is an outside utility area with a washing machine, clothes hanging portable line, outside Spanish washing sink and storage units. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: An iron and board are available but we will provide all the necessary clean bed linen and bath towels. A hairdryer for the ladies is available, there is an additional small one for the gents, though I am sure the hot breeze outside will do a better job! Other: There are many sunny and shaded areas outside for your enjoyment. The roman stepping pool makes a gradual stepping in the pool suitable and possible without having to jump and it is a must visit!

The coastal area of Mazarron is located in the province of Murcia, Spain. This stretch of 35km coastline, which is a wide-open bay on the Mediterranean, has 300 days of sunshine per year and is also labelled “Costa Calida”, translation: “Warm Coast”. Enjoy the many beautiful unspoilt beaches (including one nudist) and pretty inlets along the bay of Mazarron.

A backdrop of mountains rounds off the scenic area, which is yet unspoilt but popular with the local Spanish.


Alicante airport is approximately 75 mins from the villa.

Murcia airport is approximately 35 mins from the villa.

Directions and a map to the villa will be provided nearer the time of your stay.


The nearest towns - Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarron, are a 5 mins drive and provide a wealth of shops, restaurants, open markets, supermarkets and banks.

Cartagena and Murcia can both be reached within 35 mins; there you will find the famous “El Corte Ingles” department stores, many fashion and home interior shops, markets, restaurants and theatres, all there to be enjoyed.

Further Details:

The capital towns of Murcia and Cartagena are beautiful rich, historic towns, with magnificent historical buildings. Cartagena is also a large harbour town, where the Spanish navy is based.

Local Puerto de Mazarron offers a local marina with 200 moorings; it provides courses for the beginner and the more advanced sea person. The sea also provides rowing, water skiing, sea-diving and sea paragliding opportunites.

Repeat booking within 12 months, 10% discount.
Recommend a guest and get a 10% discount for your booking.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
