About the property

2 bedroomed town house, very peaceful location, close to beach

Gran Alacant sits on a hill overlooking Alicante Bay. The urbanisation is occupied by people of many nationalities. The house is within a street accessed only by residents via secure gates. There is parking outside the house.

The house is accessed via a gated door, which takes you up via white marbled staircase to the landing and living area. The living room opens out on to the sun terrace. The sun-terrace, with awning, looks down on to a wooded ravine. As such, there are no other dwellings in front of the house to spoil your privacy or view. Down stairs there is also the garden patio area, an alternative sun-bathing area. The living area opens out to the dining and kitchen areas, and the bedrooms and bathroom via the hallway.

The property offers a very quiet location, with a village like atmosphere. A very short walk away is the shared pool, and a supermarket. Also, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, internet cafes, and the all important banks, are only a few minutes away. Walk, take a 3 minute drive or the bus to the nearby Carabassi beach, boasting a long, unspoilt stretch of white, dune-backed sand: one of the cleanest and safest beaches on the Costa Blanca.

Dear Babu, The holiday was great. Cathy and I really enjoyed the house in Gran Alacant, it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The peaceful location was fantastic being close to the airport, swimming pool, maxcoup and local amenties and I found the bus ride into Alicante, which I fell in love with, very pleasant. Notes on accommodation: A travel cot, high-chair, car-seat and buggy are provided for the little one. Outside: In addition to the sun terrace, there is the use of the downstairs front garden patio. A sun lounger and beach chair are provided in addition to the patio dining chairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and a set of towels are provided. The house is cleaned and linen laundered after guests have departed. A contribution of 60 euros towards the cost for this is required to be paid locally

Home from home!!

house with everything you need to make it a home from home. Beautiful views from lovely balcony. Very quiet urbanisation with nice communal pool. Bars restaurants approx 10min walk away aswell as land train and bus stops. Very enjoyable stay.would definitely return. Thanks Babu

Coast/Beach:

The Carabassi beach, a long stretch of white, unspoilt sandy beach, one of the cleanest and safest on the Costa Blanca, may be accessed in 5 minutes by car. You may also walk or take one of the frequent buses from near the house.

Travel:

Alicante airport is less than 10 minutes from Gran Alacant. You may hire a car, take a taxi or bus. Full details of location of the house will be provided.

Distances:

With easy access to Alicante city and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. Just a 35 minute drive north on the A7 motorway will take you to well known Benidorm. Near by are the resort towns of Los Arenales del Sol, and 10 minutes away is the interesting fishing town of Santa Pola.

Further Details:

At Gran Alacant you will find all necessary amenities, from some 9 banks, 6 supermarkets, 60 bars and restaurants, serving a large variety of international foods, from tapas to pizzas, salads, Indian and Chinese cusine, through to internet cafes, opticians and DIY shops, and even a library. There is a petrol station at the entrance to the development. You will find most of what you need just a few minutes walk away. On Thursday, there is also the street market to look forward to.
