This 2 bedroom townhouse has been furnished to an exceedingly high standard throughout with every amenity provided for your comfort and enjoyment. An exceptionally large comfortable lounge leads on to an extensive private patio area overlooking the gardens and fountains. A separate fully fitted kitchen incorporates everything required by even the most demanding cook. The beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor comprising fully tiled bathroom and 2 extensive bedrooms each with their own private balconies. The complex features include outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas for guests use as well as a tranquil garden area.

Notes on accommodation: A fully air conditioned 2 bedroom townhouse in the exclusive 5 star Queens Gardens development situated in the heart of Kato Paphos. Outside: All balconies and patio ares are fully furnished to provide secluded areas to relax. A gas barbeque is provided on the patio for the added enjoyment of alfresco dining. The design of this development focuses on privacy and revolves around a landscaped central square with fountains, ponds and cupolas. The sizeable outdoor pool has plentiful sun loungers and umbrellas for guests exclusive use. There is a private undercover parking area although all townhouses come with their own bespoke parking area. The complex is gated with key code access. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A towel and linen change will take place prior to any one week stay and an additional cleaning and linen/towel change service will take place through each 2 week booking.

7 mins walk will take you to the nearest municipal beach (Lighthouse beach) and a frequent bus service is available to the more popular Coral Bay beach. It is 10 mins walk to the famous Paphos harbour, castle and mosaics.

Situated next door to new prestigious Kings Avenue Mall


15-20 mins drive to Paphos airport and approx 1 hour from Larnaca airport. Car hire is not required as the apartment is situated on the main bus route between Paphos and Coral Bay, all amenities are within walking distance. Airport transfer can be arranged on request.


Queens Gardens is the most central complex in Paphos, with nothing more than 15 mins walk. The harbour area with bars, restaurants and sea trips is a 10 min walk where you can enjoy a promenade stroll along Posidan avenue. The old town is 15 mins by foot and the central Bar street area is only 12 mins walk.

Further Details:

Tomb of the Kings road, where the complex is situated, is a lengthy street with bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks and car hire. So all amenities are close at hand. In addition to all these amenities staying in Queens Gardens has now become even better with the opening of the new prestigious Kings Avenue Mall which is right on your doorstep. This offers first class shopping, restaurants, supermarket, cinema complex and childrens games area.

To secure booking, a 25% booking fee is required with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to letting date. Bookings made within 4 weeks of departure will require to be paid in full. No refunds will be given for cancellation. A refundable breakage deposit of £100 will be required 4 weeks before departure which will be returned to you within 14 days pending an on site management report. If booked for 2 weeks - a mid let linen and laundry change and cleaning of the apartment will be provided.
