The property sleeps up to 6 and has 2 double and 1 twin bedroom all newly furnished and decorated. 300m from shops and 5km from extensive sandy beaches and holiday town of La Palmyre. Super local restaurants particularly in Mornach. WiFi available.

Conservatory off kitchen. Washing machine in attached garage. Good quality outdoor table tennis table.

Towels and linen not provided. Well provided with blankets.

About the Owner

We are Sandra and Alastair Grindey and live in Tavistock Devon. We purchased our holiday home in 2006 choosing Les Mathes because we love the local area, particularly the beaches. We visit as often as we can but welcome guests and hope you enjoy the area and your stay at our gite.

Quirky 1970's bungalow set in good size level gardens within established well planned residential area handy to local amenities.

Special interest holidays:

Great for cycling in local countryside and coastal cycle paths. Water sports at La Palmyre within 5km. Excellent zoo within 4km.

Choice of superb sandy beaches within 5km.

Travel:

60km to La Rochelle. 120km to Bordeaux. 6 hours to channel ports in Northern France (discounts available on Britany Ferries).
