Activity and Interests


Talamanca beach, the closest beach to Ibiza Town, is 4-5 minutes walking distance, offering a choice of restaurants, bars and local shops. There are water sports activities and diving centre.


Ibiza airport is 12 km away, takes about 10-15 minutes. Car is not essential, as everything is within walking distance, Marina Botafoc, Talamanca beach are 3-4 minutes walking. Ibiza Town is few minutes by car, or approximately 15 minutes walk, along the Paseo Maritimo. The best and most enjoyable way to travel is by a small ferry starting off at Marina Botafoc, stops in front of El Divino (famous restaurant/discotheque) with final stop at Ibiza Town-runs every 30 minutes until late at night.


Marina Botafoc and Talamanca beach-3/4 minutes walking distance. Ibiza town is a short drive, or 15 minutes walking.

Various other beaches, such as Playa D'en Bossa, Es Cavallet, Salinas, Cala Pada, to name a few of so many, are within 10-20 minutes drive.

Further Details:

There are few well equipped local shops where one can buy a day to day supply. A large supermarket is few munutes away by car. There are many good restaurants in Marina Botafoc, such as Il Giardinetto, Madrigal, La Raspa, Pacha Hotel, El Divino, Keeper, to name a few. Probably the most popular one is Cafe Sydney, busy day and night, a meeting point for locals as well as well behaved tourists. Discoteques Pacha, El Divino and Keeper are walking distance from the complex. There is a 24 hour security on guard, as well as security cameras installed in every block and communal parts of the building.

Communal parts of the building are beautifully done in marble and chrome. Well kept private gardens surround the complex. Large swimming pool with wooden decking. Small pool for the children. Secure underground parking. Entryphones with cameras, 24 hours security on duty, home of many famous international football players and people with high standards. Outside: There is a large communal swimming pool with wooden decking, surrounded with immaculate gardens, also a separate smaller pool for children. The complex is fenced, solely for the use of it's residents and is children friendly. Both apartments have large terraces with table and chairs.
