Absolutely amazing apartment

Good Morning Andrea

I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay at your fantastic apartment. We had a great time in the Old Town and we as a family had wished we had remained there for the 2 weeks. Although our other apartment was nice it just couldn't live up to yours and the area! Just our type of holiday- everything within walking distance but peaceful.

The facilities in your apartment were great, so comfortable with plenty of space and I loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. We did visit the pool on a number of occasions it was so quiet we had it mostly to ourselves!

Never thought I would use a washing machine on holiday but it was handy for washing the towels etc and everything dried so quickly!

The wee Portugese cafe the next road down towards the beach was great and so reasonably priced.

Thank you for your great communication during the booking process and answering all our queries so promptly. Also thanks for the water and milk on our late arrival.

It was nice to meet Andy when he popped round to make sure we were fine and advise us he was going away but who to call if we needed anything.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend your lovely apartment and if we return to Albufeira I know where I will wish to stay!

Great views close to town and quiet

Great location for this apartment with good views of sea from balcony able to sit and have breakfast outside was a bonus. Only five minute stroll into town although hilly and a few steps added to the character of Albuferia. lounge large and airy and very comfortable beds and bedding , clean nicely tiled bathroom . English tv box but limited channels. Parking on street no problem. Spent a week here relaxing and was a great place to switch off with lots resteraunts in the town and some great nearby places to visit if you have a car. Land train from old to new town great transport link for the day and night. Letting agent down the road and communication with owner good throughout the whole booking process.

Supermarket end of road for all shopping.

Internet available and air con units in living room and bedroom.

Ideal place to relax and no need for taxis or driving if you don’t want to with everything in walking distance. Great find and will re visit

Excellent apartment

Just returned from a very enjoyable 2 weeks at this quite superb apartment.There was everything you could wish for a real home from home.

There is very comfortable lounge with large flat screen tv with all english channels.

A fully equipped kitchen if you want to self cater.

Its location is good,close enough to the town but far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise.

We took advantage of the transfer service which was well worth it Andy was there to pick us up and take us back promptly.Andy is very easy to get on with and most helpful.

We will certainly book again next time we are going to Portugal.

Absolutely stunning

The first word I said when I walked into Andrea's apartment was WOW. Everything has been catered for. Home from home. The apartment is so central. Within a ten minute walk (I have short legs) you are in the Old Town, or can reach the swimming pool or the supermarket. There is also a lovely restaurant on the way to the marina which is a must. Lyn and Dave at the swimming pool are very helpful plus a big thank you to Andy for the taxi service. I was also lucky enough to meet Andrea herself and what a lovely lady. I can't wait to go back.

Andrea's apartment

Not sure if this was our fourth or fifth stay. Will be back again next year. We even know the local dogs and cats!

A very nice apartment with everything you would expect in a one bedroom flat. A real home from home. You can even do your washing before you return home if you want to! Close enough to the old town to be a short walk but far enough away to not get the noise. Nice pool area just around the corner if you don't fancy the beach.

Apartment has two balcony's. The one at the front has nice views out to sea. Apartment is as described. Any problems or queries and Andrea's colleague Andy will sort it out for you.

You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out in the Old Town. Nightlife is very much tourist fare unless you want to go up to the strip. If you like decent rock though try Vertigo Bar, tops marks. Buddy's just a couple of doors along does some good food at a reasonable price. Shalom is the place for some really good food.

From here you can really have whatever holiday you want. A full on beach experience and nightlife or just a leisurely sit around and go out whenever you fancy.

Best advice I can give is to give it a try.

Total relaxation

Total relaxation is how is describe my recent trip. The moment we were greeted at the airport by our arranged transfers, we knew we were in good hands. The accommodation was just as described - very spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and of a very high standard. The apartment was in a great location for the old town, just a short walk downhill. We were given wifi codes and had a large tv to watch with English channels. There were numerous "corner" shops in the vicinity for milk etc. Our return transfer was spot on time, bringing to an end a wonderful holiday. Thank you. I hope to return soon.

Just 5 mins walk to the breathtaking sandy beach of the Old Town. Sun parasols and beds available to hire. In height of season, a variety of watersports are available.


Faro Airport is 30 minutes from the apartment, car hire is optional but not essential. Airport transport can be arranged on booking.


The Algarve shopping centre which is a shoppers' paradise and benefits from banks, international restuarants, ten-pin bowling and a multi-screen cinema, is about 5 mins drive away. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins walk. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The town square is also a 5 minute walk

Further Details:

There are many attractions within 15 minutes from the apartment, including the Water Park and Zoo Marine, 25 mins to Portimao, 25 mins to the historical Silves, 40 mins to Lagos and 40 mins from the mountains of Monchique. The Old Town coast can be enjoyed whilst walking along the new walkway linking the Old Town and the Marina in Albufeira.
