Apartment in Sa Coma, Nr. Cala Millor, Mallorca - Quiet Location, 10 Minutes Walk To The Beach And Bars

The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Sa Coma but is only a 5 minutes drive away from the more lively resorts of Cala Millor and Porto Cristo. Nearby are the many shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets to cater for your every need. Also close by is a golf course, horse riding facilities, the safari zoo and the long stretch of sandy beach. The area is also very scenic for walking through the National Park. There is a tourist "train" that can take you to the nearby towns of Cala Millor, Cala Bona and S'illot. You can also catch the ferries that go up and down the coastline on a regular basis.

Please note that at the moment the complex does not have WiFi.

25% payable on booking and the balance to be paid 60 days before arrival.

There are 2 ways to pay. You can pay through the Owners Direct website, instructions will be online, and their price includes payment protection. You can make payments directly to me via bank transfers, details will be on the booking form I send you. I can give you quotes for both.

We had a great holiday.

The apartment was well equipped and quiet to relax.

The holiday resort was kept clean and the neighbours arround were very friendly and helpful.

We had everything around us what we needed for a nice holiday (supermarket/restaurants/...)

Our contact persons were very friendly and helpful - everything got right.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment has central heating, air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the lounge. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but is allowed on the balcony. SORRY NO WIFI at the moment. Cot and high chair are available to rent at 20 Euros approx per item per week. Outside: There is a large swimming pool, a childrens pool, childrens play area and a tennis court. These are all for the sole use of the residents and guests of the complex. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Towels and linen will be changed at the end of the rental period. If you require extra cleaning and fresh towels during your stay this can be provided at an extra charge. Other: Large south facing balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Sunbeds are provided by the pool. There is also access to the roof terrace where you can hang out your washing on the clothes lines provided. MAY 2016 - New fully fitted kitchen and bathroom installed.

Nice apartment

If you are looking for a nice apartment on a quiet complex then this is ideal.Although we ate out all the time the apartment has everything you need for self catering,the complex is clean and was very quiet and with your own sun beds there is no need to rush down to get a spot by the pool like on a lot of complex's.Steve the owner organised us airport transfers and there is always a contact on hand if any problems.

The BEST apartment !!!

The time 08-03-17 - 07-04-17 is the best on Mallorca for us. One day with rain out of thirty! Our experience from the apartment is that everyting is very practically and funktionally. The kitchen is exellent. The washingmachine and the dryingarea up on the topfloor of the house is exellent. Only fifteen minutes walk to the Supermarket Eroski. Near by Eroski is a lawn. There it´s installed some "machines" to do gymnastics. Every second morning we did our program so that we where ready when the Supermarket open at 9 o´clock.

Every neighbour in our staircase have the unpleasant habit of slamming doors when they walked in and out.

By the way, a pleasent experience was that we did find out it´s possible to survive without TV for a month. We didn´t want to put any energy into that kind of technicality matters. You have many enjoyable CD.

All together: This is the BEST holiday and the BEST apartment we ever have take lodgings in.

Fantastic Relaxing Holiday

We had a lovely fantastic stay at this apartment for 11 nights from Friday 7th April, it was so relaxing, very peaceful and quiet, lovely friendly people in the other apartments, some residential and some holiday lets.

Steve was extremely helpful and accommodating and organised transfers for us.

Really comfortable beds, lovely kitchen and bathroom, we didn't have a car but it is so easy to walk from resort to resort, small supermarket next door which did fresh bread and croissants, filled rolls etc. 10 minutes walk to the big supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the beach, lovely quiet resort.

We would certainly go back.

Excellent pool, new kitchen + bathroom!!!

Nicely maintained communal pool, small supermarket next door (open mornings) and big Eroski supermarket 5 mins walk open until late. Was a great stay and the owner Steve takes any feedback seriously which is much appreciated.

Great place to relax

We hired a car and drove from the airport. Steve helped us with maps and instructions so our holiday started well. Easy drive from Palma.

Apartment is well presented with everything you need. Lovely new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning is a definite plus. The balcony overlooks the immaculate grounds with pool and children's pool. Very quiet at times we felt like millionaires with our own pool - fantastic!

There is a small shop very near ideal for getting fresh bread and milk for breakfast every morning. The big supermarket is a short walk away and is well stocked.

The resort its self is lovely especially the beautiful beach and incredibly clear sea.

There is a good bus service if you want to explore Mallorca. Which I would recommend as it is such a beautiful country. We went to Palma, San Antonia, Caves of Drac, Arta and Calle Romantica all well worth a visit.

This resort is perfect for sun worshippers but also ideally placed for those who want to explore further afield.

Great holiday! Came home feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to book our next visit!

Special interest holidays:

Within easy reach of the apartment are many activities.

Horse riding ranch, golf course, safari zoo & National Park along with the many activities to be found on the large and sandy beach.


The long sandy beach is a 10 minutes walk away from the apartment. It is suitable for children of all ages with many activities available. A lifeguard is on hand and flags state whether it is suitable to go swimming. There are many cafes and bars around the beach area.


Palma airport is about 50 minutes drive away from the apartment in Sa Coma. It is not essential to hire a car but you have many options.

Car hire is available or I can arrange transfers by car to and from the airport. These are bookable in advance but you pay the driver directly. Please contact me for details.


Cala Millor, S'illiot and Porto Cristo are close by, 5 minutes drive or a leisurely walk away. You can also catch the ferries that go as far as Cala Rajada to the north or Calas de Mallorca to the south. Please check timetables for confirmation.

Further Details:

The large Hypermarket (Eroski)) is a 5 minutes walk away. There is a small supermarket situated next door to the apartment but this only seems to be open in the mornings. There are many supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops en-route to the beach area.
