This 4 bedroom villa, set in a large spacious private plot, in a quiet residential area, is split into two independent apartments, connected via outside stairs. Downstairs has a king sized bed and one double bed, upstairs apartment has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, each apartment has a bathroom, kitchen, living/dining area, and a large outdoor eating area. Benefits include a private swimming pool, (which can be gated off) barbecue, poolside access to shower/toilet with washing machine, and air-conditioning in both apartments. The property is set back from the road, with ample off street parking. Set in a quiet location, but still only a 3 minute level walk from the local shops, bars and restaurants, and 5 minutes walk from the port. The villa is available for rent as one complete villa. An ideal villa for extended families or friends holidaying together preferring their own space.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is Arenal, which benefits from many amenities and is well sheltered. This beach is a 5 min drive away, or Na Macaret beach a small unspoilt beach also 5 min drive away. There are many beautiful beaches on the island the majority of which can be easily reached by car.

Travel:

The airport is a 20 min drive away. Car hire is recommended in order to experience and enjoy the best of the island, including its beautiful and unspoilt beaches and historic towns. Roads are generally very quiet throughout the summer months, all clearly signposted. With the island only being an estimated 30 miles x 15 miles it makes driving a stress free experience.

Distances:

Mahon 25 mins. Fornells 15 mins. Ciutadella 40 mins. Southwest beaches 25 mins.

Further Details:

Local amenities comprise of a small local port bar, which is a great place to watch the comings and goings in the port. A 3 min walk to the end of the road brings you to 3 restaurants and 3 bars. A supermarket and a gift shop make up this area. There is also a tennis court available for hire. Fornells offers a wide range of water activities including sailing, windsurfing, and water sports. There will in most instances be someone available throughout your stay to contact.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Clients to bring their own beach towels. If a linen change midstay should be required a small charge will be applied.

We would ask you to confirm your flights are available prior to booking the villa. Deposit required 25% at booking with balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 8 weeks of booking, full payment is required when booking. Up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks 50% refund, 2-4 weeks 25% refund, less than 2 weeks no refund. Please note we would ask our guests to vacate the villa by 10.00 am, unless other arrangements have been made.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible apart from 17th July to 4th September during this time flexibility
could be possible depending on length of stay. Prefered change over days Friday/Saturday.
