The apartment is ideally situated in the romantic fishing village of Stoliv which winds beautifully along the shore of Kotor Bay (Boka Kotorska). Graced with hundreds of small jetties and traditional fishing boats, wonderful historic Palaces and Churches, Stoliv, has a rich seafaring heritage which has helped shape the character of this highly sought after location. Stoliv also looks across to the beautiful village of Perast and the famous islands of Gospa od Skrpjela (Lady of Skrpjela) and Sveti Dorde (St George). Stoliv is approximately 15 minutes drive from the historic town of Kotor. There is also a local bus service to Kotor old town and to Tivat. You are ideally situated for all of your sightseeing trips around the peninsula. There are a variety of local restaurants, shops & bars in Stoliv and in nearby Precanj. Stoliv is a great place for family holidays as it is one of the only villages around the bay of Kotor with a beach, which is only 50 meters from the apartment.

Notes on accommodation: This apartment is ideal for a family holiday due to its proximity to the beach in Stoliv. The location of the apartment makes a fantastic base from which to explore the many historical sites and outstanding natural beauty of the area. Taxis are widely available and a regular bus service could take you very cheaply to the towns of Kotor, Perast, Herceg Novi, Budva and Tivat. Outside: There is a terrace to the front of the apartment, with lovely views of the bay, where you will find a table and chairs and sun chair for your alfresco dining. Utility Room: There is a large built in cupboard in the hallway for coats/jackets etc. Also houses hoover etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Iron, ironing board, sheets & towels included. Air conditioning, brushes etc. The apartment will be cleaned on a weekly basis and linen changed. Other: Entrance Hall: closet for coats etc. and shelving/storage unit.

I love Stoliv.

My family and I stayed in this apartment two times and both times our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Last time we stayed in the apartment in July, 2016.

The apartment has all the facilities you need when on vacation. It’s located at a small distance away from the road (which is an advantage) but at a very comfortable short distance to walk from house to the nice beach.You can easily buy the main food and vegetables/fruit not far away from the apartment or you can catch a bus to go to Kotor market to buy somthing special to eat. Even if you don’t rent a car you can travel by bus to Kotor old town or to the Porto Montenegro at Tivat.

You never get tired of the changing beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor when having promenade over the small embankment which is not far away the apartment.

The apartment itself was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for comfortable rest. The owner provided the detailed information eg. how to find the apartment as well as good suggestions on where to go and what to see.

I would highly recommend this apartment for rent to my family and friends.

Lovely Apartment

We have just returned from Montenegro having stayed 10 days in this property. There were four in our party, two couples. We thought the apartment itself was bright ,clean & well presented. The photographs on the website do not do it justice as it is larger and more spacious in reality. It is fully equipped with everything you would need, but no dishwasher. The bedrooms were large and very nicely furnished too with loads of storage, which is normally a problem I find with holiday apartments. The area itself is stunning, and what we loved most was the luxury of being able to get up in the morning and within a minute be straight into the fjord for a swim…a perfect start to our day. There are a couple of local shops within a few minutes walking distance where we found the essentials and several restaurants. We sat out on the terraces of various restaurants and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. There are many interesting places nearby to visit. Kotor town which is an old walled town, is truly beautiful and UNESCO protected. Also recommend visiting Porto Montonegro in Tivat. We had a lovely meal in Restaurant One, which was excellent. We used the bus service quite a bit, even though we had hired a car, as it was cheap to use and you can catch it anywhere along the fjord. We had no problems at all with this apartment but were reassured by the owners that help was at hand if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be returning to Stoliv and hopefully stay here as it is a great place from which to explore Montenegro. Jacki
