On this exclusive Golf and Spa complex we have a highly appointed ground floor apartment (with 100mb fibre internet and Air con) offering accommodation for up to 6 people. Our reviews speak for themselves and our apartment is not just for Golfers. I've been holidaying here for years with my family and we don't play golf at all. Outside we have a covered terrace with a table & chairs, private lawned garden and patio (with sun loungers and BBQ) all overlooking the Communal Pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. Perfect for sunbathing or catching some shade under the Palm or Olive tree. At the front of the property we have a private courtyard which is a wonderful sun trap during winter months. Here washing can be hung out and inflatables and beach gear stored. The prestigious championship golf course, La Finca, winds its way through the heart of this new beautifully landscaped development. Shops,bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Located just a short drive from the sandy blue flag beaches of Guardamar, it is also within easy reach of the Mar Menor, and La Manga national park. Other famous golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are nearby. Murcia and Alicante airports are only 30/40 mins away.

Notes on accommodation: If you are a keen cook our kitchen is very well equipped with extras such as juice extractor, electric blender, scales and has as a good set of knives, lots of pots, pans, chopping boards and serving dishes. Security - La Finca is a gated community secured with entry phone access only. The apartment also has an electronic safe. We have a cot, high chair and step to reach bathroom sink for our younger guests. Outside: Patio doors in the lounge diner open on to the covered terrace. There is large table and chairs which comfortably seats 6 or more people and overlooks our garden and the landscaped communal gardens and pool. The garden is lawned and there is plenty of space to relax on the sun beds here. There is also a patio area with built in BBQ. At the front of the property there is a private courtyard with further table and chairs, the perfect place to take breakfast, lunch or dinner. Utility Room: Cupboard with ron, ironing board, cleaning equipment and room to store your golf clubs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen,towels and beach towels are provided. An additional charge of 60 euros is payable locally for the cleaning.

Lovely home from home

Visited La Finca for a few days in December. Lovely apartment with good beds, bedding, comfy sofas and all the home from home comforts you will need!

Will be great in the summer with the pool directly off the back garden.

Unfortunately when we visited from further north a storm hit the Costa Blanca with authorities advising not to drive due to flooding. Gillian (the owner) very kindly accommodated us for an extra night until the worse passed, many thanks again Gillan

Great place for a family holiday

Apartment was very well-equipped, we appreciated the additional items provided for our baby (free of charge). Good location for exploring local area, nice day trips to Torre Vieja, Santa Pola, Elche & Guadamar.

Resort was quiet (probably the time of year we visited) but fine for what we needed - shop and restaurants 5 minutes walk away.

Fantastic apartment. Highly recommended

I stayed at Gillians apartment with my husband and 2 daughters age 13 and 11. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was like home from home. It was very clean and modern and had a lovely spacious living area. The added bonus in my daughters eyes was having wifi and English channels on the TV. The location of the swimming pool was fantastic and was immaculate, it was cleaned thoroughly every morning. There was a lovely well maintained garden with a table and chairs and comfortable sun loungers, this was great as it had quite a bit of shade so you can escape the sun if you want. There was a second outside table and chairs on a lovely terrace area overlooking the garden and swimming pool. I would recommend car hire as there are so many beautiful beaches and places to see about 20 mins away and are well worth a visit. There are a few restaurants and bars on the complex which were very nice. Gillians communication was fantastic from the initial booking, weeks leading up to our stay and even keeping in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok once we had arrived. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this apartment. We are hopefully booking again for next summer 2017 and can’t wait to return.

A peaceful &picturesque retreat

A lovely well equipped villa on a delightful complex.Owners had thought of everything ..great to have fans as well as air con..including above terrace in garden area.Bbq available.Steps away from a very quiet shared pool..most of the time we were in there on our own.But near enough to walk to bars and restaurants. Very safe and secure.Whole complex is well tended and pleasant.Need a car to venture out..but gorgeous beaches and villages..as well as great shopping all within a 15 to 20 min drive.Would not hesitate in recommending and will visit again Thank you ..we had a lovely stay

A cleaning/ Meet and Greet charge of €70 must be paid at the end of your stay to our housekeeper in Spain.

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking. Final balance is due 8 weeks before holiday along with a refundable security deposit of £100 to cover accidental damage or excessive cleaning (refundable on return once property checked). Cancellation policy 8+ weeks, loss of deposit only, 4-8 weeks, 50% of rental price refunded + security deposit, 2-4 weeks, 25% refunded + security deposit less than 2 weeks - no refund but security deposit returned.
