About the Owner

My wife and myself and our two children love France and the mountain life and views which are fantastic to be in both winter and the summer. We brought the apartment to be snow sure and right in the heart of the resort for fast access to the slopes and mountains (no catching buses for us!).

Dear Steve, just a short note to say thanks for the rental of your apartment, it served us very well indeed.

We have had a fantastic holiday in a great ski resort. The weather was mixed with blizzards and blazing sun. We have skied just about everywhere from the top of Aiguille Rouge to Villaroger to plan Peisey. Just a few bumps and bruises to heal, but we have plenty of tales to tell friend and family.

If we know any one who is after an apartment for sking we will be happy to recommend yours.

Great Place and great location

We stayed at Steve’s apartment last year over the Feb half term, and were very impressed with both the apartment and the location. Everything you need was within walking distance, which was well received when you have a 7 year old is on his first trip into the snowy mountains. Ski Hire, Ski School and chair lifts all within a short walk.

The apartment was very well presented and clean, with everything you need to make you weeks skiing or boarding highly enjoyable. Great facilities and very handy to park outside the lift to off load our car full, which was tricky due to the 2 meters of snow fall over the two days before we arrived.

Steve was extremely helpful and provide all the info before we left and he was excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend staying at Steve’s apartment, and sad to say would have used again in 2017 for Feb half term, but was too late and was snapped up very early.

Sorry we where booked up for a return, but we do get booked early as we have a lot of family's return to us and hence book early for the following year. I do hope you find another place to stay. Good Honest Appartment - Great Value

Very good honest apartment in a good location. It is about five minutes to the slopes, 20 paces to the lift, four floors up along the corridor, across the square, skies on and away. The apartment was large enough for a us, family of four, clean and warm. There is an additional heater and towel rail so no soggy gloves or boots in the mornings. There was plenty of hot water on a evening and the kitchen is equipped well enough to prepaid a decent meal if you don't fancy venturing out on an evening. Steve was very efficient with the booking and information. Overall a good honest no frills well priced apartment in a good location. If the skiing is your priority with somewhere warm and comfortable to crash and recharge for the next day on the slopes then this apartment ticks all the boxes. The complete 13 episode of Camberwick Green DVD and the view of the ARC1950 New Years fireworks were added bonuses, the DVD just edged it for me!!! I would definitely recommend to others.

Great Apt

Just returned from Les Arcs 2000 we had a great stay in this apartment (1 Adult & 3 kids). It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location. Stephen the owner is well organised and very easy to deal with. Will be interested in staying again. Thanks

Great value apartment

Just got back from an excellent holiday staying in this apartment. We usually rent ski in, ski out apartments, so the location was possibly going to be an issue for us but this proved not to be the case as it was an easy 5 minute walk to and from the slopes. The apartment was well equipped and was ideal for our requirements as a couple. It was warm, has a bath and has great views out over the balcony. Dealings with the owner, Stephen, was very straightforward and we would definitely consider renting it again in the future. Overall we would describe the apartment as being great value for money.

Apartment - Great location

We stayed at the apartment for a second time. It is in a great location - just a few minutes walk and you are on the slopes. The apartment was ideal for us - the kitchen had everything we need and the apartment was spacious for a couple, although I am aware that families could also stay here as there is a bunk bed and sofa bed. Also, doing business with Stephen was very efficient. Overall, thanks for a great stay.

Great for an affordable holiday

Really enjoyed holidaying at Les Arcs,

The chalet was everything we needed, affordable, clean and not far from the slope, literally a 2 minute walk along some shops!

Would definitely recommend staying there :)

Vast area to ski. Ski in ski out. Fantastic snow for long seasons December to late April. Great terrain. Evening entertainment.

Activity and Interests

Distances:

Bourg st Maurice is a 30 mins drive down the mountain.

Val d`Isere is about 1 hours drive.

St.Foy is about 40 mins fantastic off piste no crowds,just a extra 12 euros on your Les Arcs lift pass.

Booking Notes:
A £200 deposit is required on booking, followed by the full amount four weeks before your departure date, on return the apartment is left in a clean state which is checked once you leave and the return of the keys within 7 days, the £200 deposit will be sent back.

Changeover Day:
Saturday to Saturday.we ask if you could leave the apartment by 10am and not enter the apartment on arrival till 2pm so the apartment can be checked.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday, and require a £200 Deposit. Once the apartment has been checked and the keys are sent back within 4 days the deposit will be sent back to you.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: All heating is under floor heating and there are extra heaters on the walls. The apartments hotwater runs on a boiler system and is fine for running showers after each other, however running baths use up all the tanks hotwater and takes a while to re heat for a second bath. Outside: Balcony Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: No towels and linen, and the property should be left as you found it in a clean state for the next people, if you need a cleaner one can be sorted (normally 50 euros). Other: Seperate Bathroom with sink and shower in bath.
