A spacious apartment, sleeping 6: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Pool on site, TV with 12 Plus UK channels and Wifi . Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment enjoys a front balcony with views of the pool and Paphos coastline. Situated on a modern complex in Peyia centre, 5 mins drive from Coral Bay beach. The village centre with its shops, restaurants and amenities is only a 2-5 minute walk. Peyia is a traditional village with locally owned shops including supermarkets, bakery, delicatessen, hairdressers, butchers, and banks on the edge of Coral Bay. Wifi is included free of charge to guests. The complex has a shared pool and a paved area for sun bathing. Covered parking is provided. Coral bay centre is only 3km away.

We are a married couple with 3 children ranging in ages, and we love to come to Cyprus when ever we can.

Why Joanne chose Coral Bay Area

After years of dreaming about owning a holiday home, we finally settled on Cyprus. We have visited many places, but Cyprus always felt special. The locals are warm hearted and welcoming, the food delicious and the climate amazing with a reported 340 days of sunshine a year.

What makes this apartment unique

One of the things we love is not having to drive at night time. Being able to step out of our door and enjoy a relaxing meal or drink within 2-3 minutes walk was a primary consideration for us. Our property has just that and we are so pleased with our choice, that we feel we will be coming back for many years.

Notes on accommodation: Villa style accommodation, apartment style prices. All bedrooms and the lounge have individual air-con units which heat up in Winter months. All the windows are fitted with fly screens. TV has 12+ UK channels including BBC, ITV, ITV 3 E4 , Sky News ...etc Wifi is included Free of charge for guests to use. A Playstation is available, with a limited range of games. A safe is included free of charge! Outside: The complex has a shared pool and a paved area for sun bathing. Covered parking is provided for all apartments. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: On arrival the apartment is clean, with beds made up , and towels for each guest. On full priced two week stays a mid stay clean and linen change is included. Extra linen and cleaning can be arranged and paid for on special offers. Other: The kitchen & lounge lead to a dining front balcony with delightful views of the pool and Paphos coastline. Sun loungers and undercover parking also provided. A Playstation is available, with games, as well as a Cyprus pay-as you go mobile phone & Wifi.

Lovely Spacious Apartment.

We stayed in Jo's apartment in August and were amazed at how big and spacious it was, the pictures do not do it justice! The three bedrooms were all big with the master also having a very big en suite, you'll have to fight over who gets that room! We did find that some of the single beds were very squeaky though, the children did complain. The kitchen is huge with everything you'll need, including a washing machine although we would have preferred a dishwasher, there is plenty of room to put one in. After arriving we found settling in very easy, Jo left very good instructions on how to use everything from the TV to the shower and air con.

Peyia village is walking distance, the bakery is a five minute walk for fresh bread in the mornings. Other restaurants and shops are very close too. I'd recommend Cousins which do a lovely meze and are huge portions, dinner for five was 50 euros with no alcohol. Coral Bay is a 5-10 minute drive with all its bright lights but we liked the village more as it was more authentic Cypriot.

We would definitely stay again and will be booking for next year.

I'll get the bed joints oiled they dry out sometimes in the heat , its easy to sort out they just need a spray with WD40 so thank you for mentioning it. Firstly when booking the property Joanne was very helpful and provided us with all we needed to know about the property and the local area. The property itself was great, very clean and located in a fantastic area. I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to go on a relaxing family holiday and will be looking to book again in the future.

Great location

Lovely spacious 3 bedroom apartment in an ideal location a few minutes walk from shops bars and restaurants. 5 minute drive to beautiful beach in Coral Bay. A fabulous base for getting to various attractions. Great customer service from the owner We had a fabulous holiday.

Great choice!

This apartment is very well equipped with everything you need and is very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We hired a car and this apartment has a safe parking place. The village is very pretty with all the amenities needed including the bakery serving fresh bread and pastries .Peyia has lovely Taverna`s serving good quality food at very reasonable prices. Coral Bay is only a short drive away with great beaches and a good selection of restaurants and bars.

This apartment is great for couples and families of all ages, we will be going back again later in the year.

The apartment is a fabulous base from which to experience the surrounding areas of Cyprus. It's setting in the village is perfect for accessing everything that is on offer there, from amazing, reasonably prices tavernas to the local bakery for fresh croissants each morning.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the facilities within the apartment and its lovely grounds including the pool, made us all feel very much at home.

We will definitely be re-booking the apartment and can highly recommend the property for a quiet, stress-free family holiday

By far the best

Stayed here August 2012 and had a fantastic time. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean with all modcons. The swimming is cleaned daily and the village has lots of fantastic little restaurants and shops.

The village is very friendly and truly picture postcard within easy reach of coral bay and paphos.

Jo is a wonderful lady who will do all she can to help you and is only a phone call away should you need any help.

I highly recommend jo and the apartment for a wonderful, stress free holiday. Thankyou.
