The apartment is a new flat in a classically styled French residential block in the heart of the town of Bourg St Maurice near the Eurostar station. Sleeps 5/7 in 2 bedrooms with all mod cons. It is uniquely situated near the quaint pedestrian shopping streets and the funicular to the biggest ski area in the Alps, Les Arcs Paradiski. There are many Restaurants and Bars nearby. Bourg st. Maurice benefits from three large supermarkets and three large sports shops.
Hi, I am just ski/snowboarder who adores Les Arcs. 51 years old with partner and two kids 5 and 14. I have known the area for 20 Years, so feel free to ask any questions to make your holiday as easy and fun as possible. I work as a freelancer and sometimes get a few weeks off. A ideal opportunity to jump in the car and rush down to the resort with no restrictions on arrival or departure. I tend to use it in the quiet times so I get lots of chances to make sure everything is up to scratch.

In the past I experienced problems with transfers so I chose a place with the best access by air, train or car. Les arcs is the largest ski resort in the Alps with bus access to a further 6 if required.
You can leave the UK at 10am and be in the apartment by 2pm.
Also in the past I stayed at chalets with very variable standards so I decided to get an apartment which was clean warm and tidy surrounded by good restaurants and non skier past times. Its lovely to wallow in a hot bath for as long as you want. Come and go whenever you want.
There are 4 huge supermarkets nearby, so if you are like me its easy to find healthy meal ingredients or have a cheeky macdonalds, chinese or Pizza if you feel like it.
This property is central to Bourg st maurice in the old town. 10 seconds from great tourist shopping, 5 mins walk from the station (as well as eurostar)and buses to other resorts 7 mins walk to the funiculaire. Although its in an extremely quiet square, its a short walk to bars, restaurants and live music entertainment. Or stay in one of the resorts for a few drinks and catch the bus back.
The main plus point of this property is easy 24 hour access from the UK.
The town is beautiful in the summer with enough to do to easily pack a 2 week holiday. The locals are very friendly. With stunning walks, beautiful churches, mountain biking, canoeing, rafting, riding, paraponting, Thermal spas, swimming and spectacular drives.
There are many festivals throughout the year.

The apartment will be immaculate when you arrive, it is easy to clean but if stuck for time a general clean charge of £35 will be made.
