Apartment in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote - Relaxed And Convenient To Everything!

If you enjoy private sun bathing or having a drink while watching the sunset over the mountains from your balcony then this apartment will suit you perfectly. Its balcony boasts sun loungers with quality sunbed pads along with a big fabric parasol if the sun does get to much. A beautiful Mosaic table with comfortable chic high backed rattan chairs with cushioned seats to truly appreciate a more pleasurable and quality alfresco dining experience. The balcony gets the sun from mid day until sunset. The Balcony is south-west facing.

The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard including a full re-wire which includes new light switches and plug sockets for guests safety. This beautiful spacious one bedroom first floor apartment has everything you need to have a great holiday.

It is centrally located just 3 minutes walk from the nearest shops and 5 minutes from the central promenade which has a host of fine restaurants and shops. The Old Town is also near and a 10 minute stroll will give you the opportunity to wander around the harbour enjoying all this wonderful area has to offer.

The main bus stop and taxi rank are just down the road.

The complex is just 8 apartments surrounding the communal pool. 5 downstairs and 3 upstairs. Our apartment is in the far corner to the left as you walk through the gate. There are approx 15 private steps up to the apartment and there is no one above you.

The lounge area is a true home from home.

Two new comfortable sofa's a 2 and 3 seater sit comfortably in this big spacious lounge complete with modern stylish furniture. A TV unit with a 32 inch flat screen TV along with a coffee table sit easily between, showcasing the sizable space whilst watching all your favourite TV programmes from BBC1 BBC,2, ITV and channel 4 etc along with lots of additional channels.

The lounge as 2 modern wall lights with a contemporary standard lamp in the corner. A large ornate mirror sits between the wall lights with a modern picture over the settee giving an overall stylish appearance. There are large French doors leading outside to the balcony where beautiful designer curtains are hung which are in keeping with the colour scheme and style of the lounge.

DVD player with a selection of DVD'S, CD player and lots of books available for a good holiday read, feel free to bring your own.

The Kitchen is fitted with bespoke hand crafted units in oak with complimentary solid black granite worktops and matching granite breakfast bar with high back stools. Also includes a new 3 digital ring hob, new full size oven/grill , extractor fan, fridge, toaster, microwave oven, iron and ironing board. The cupboards are very well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, dishes everything you will need for self catering and are replaced on a regular basis to ensure all kept in a tip top condition.

The bedroom as twin beds which have luxury comfortable mattresses and are slightly bigger than an average single which can be put together as a double against the beautiful bespoke oak handcrafted headboard. The bespoke oak continues with matching internal doors and wardrobe which includes a free safe and compliments the overall effect of the apartment. There is also a 4 draw unit so no issue with storage. Powerful hairdryer is provided.

We also provide duvets and blankets for the winter months as well as a heater. All bed linen is supplied.

The bathroom as just been fully renovated. Its very spacious and tiled throughout with big modernistic spanish tiles.

We have a large walk in shower with a large glass screen and a themed mock wood floor base which continues across the bathroom floor and compliments the overall effect. Porcelain sink with a two drawer unit underneath provides storage, a big mirror over the top provides additional lighting, main lighting is via spot lights in the ceiling, a modern toilet and a top of the range washing machine for guests to use. Hand and bath towels are provided.

The balcony has amazing views of the mountains and over looks the pool. We also provide for our guests 2 sunbeds downstairs for sunbathing round the pool just take the sunbed pads downstairs. The pool is just at the bottom of our stairs - best of both worlds.

Sunbath privately or get to meet the other guests staying at the complex and make new friends.

All visitors receive our complimentary small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bottle of wine. washing-up liquid and washing powder and dish cloth to help you get settled in.

If you require anything else, please contact us and we will try our best to organise anything extra you may need for your arrival.

We have an English Manager Denise who is on site most days and is easily contacted to answer any questions, or provide you with any help you may need. We have large 8 litre water bottles delivered to the complex at a cost of 2.5 euros, so no need to worry about carrying them from the shops, please see Denise.

The apartment is cleaned once a week including linen and towel changes.

Minimum stay is 7 nights.

Why Julie Crook chose Tías

We purchased the property in 2012 and we have strived to give it a home from home feel, which from guests feedback, we feel we have managed to achieve. Before buying the apartment we holidayed at this complex and returned year after year because of the fantastic location and the management set up.

Denise and her team look after the apartments and the complex and are on site most days if you have any questions or queries.

We are in a peaceful location but only a couple of minutes walk see's you in the centre of everything, beautiful beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.

You will find restaurants of every cuisine on the strip

and will be spoilt for choice.

If you don't want to venture out for something to eat the apartment is very well stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal. Nearby there is a Spar and Hypo DIno which both are well stocked and nearby there is a Lidl supermarket.

What makes this apartment unique

We love to sit on our spacious balcony enjoying a lovely meal with a glass of wine watching the sunset.

Our balcony also offers private sunbathing on luxury loungers but also as the benefit of sunbeds downstairs for mixing with the other guests so you get the best of both worlds

The complex is very intimate with only 8 apartments and its great getting to know the other guests and making new friends.

“We have just spent 10 days at this apartment, it was perfect. It was so clean and very well equipped. It was our second visit to this apartment and we were not disappointed.

It is so quiet and peaceful at all times, yet you are only 5 minutes walk from the front of Porto Del Carmen which offers the holiday maker everything they want, shops, restaurants and late bars.

Karen the site manager was so welcoming an helpful and with us being there for 10 days, cleaned and changed our bedding and towels mid week.

If we go back to Puerto Del Carmen, we would not hesitate to go back to the apartment, and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet apartment.”

Location

Special interest holidays:

The resort offers many water sports including diving, jet skis, etc and Puerto del Carmen hosts the Iron Man triathlon annually. Diving is very popular here, and we can give you the information of a local Diving School nearby. The new promenade has been adapted with a cycle Lane that runs all the way back to the Airport. Cycles can be hired or you can bring your own with a lot of airlines.

Coast/Beach:

We are central in the coastal resort of Puerto del Carmen and the short stroll from the apartments to the huge Playa Grande Beach promenade is 5 mins. All other beaches etc are very easy to visit either by driving, or catching a bus.

Travel:

Arrecife airport is 12 mins away by taxi, car hire is plentiful both in the airport and close to our apartments. We will send you the easy information on how to get the taxi when you arrive at the airport. It is a 10 minute or less taxi journey from the airport and the cost is usually 14€.

Distances:

3 mins walk to the nearest supermarket. 5 mins walk to the seafront. 12 mins drive to the airport. 10 mins walk into the Old Town. 30 mins bus ride to Sunday market. Various other attractions are never far away, the whole island is only 60km long!

Further Details:

The Las Palmeras III Complex is situated in one of the best areas of Puerto del Carmen. Everything is so near, but far enough away to not be noisy. A supermarket that is open from 8.00 - 23.00 is 2 minutes away. A larger selection of supermarkets are just 4 minutes away. All the restaurants on the main area of the promenade are 5 minutes away, including the fantastic Playa Grande Beach. We will send you a detailed holiday information pack including all our favourite restaurants. The wonderful Old Town/Port can be reached easily in 10 minutes, where even more fantastic restaurants are. The main bus stop is just down the road, here you can catch a bus to any part of the island if you wish. Taxis are very cheap, and the Taxi Rank is also just down the road..Or if you prefer they will come to the Apartments to take you anywhere you wish. We provide a taxi number. You can have any kind of holiday in this part of Lanzarote as everything is so nearby. Your holiday can be as lively or relaxed as you like. We provide a small welcome pack for your arrival consisting of:

Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, bottle of wine, Water, Washing Up liquid Washing tablets, dish cloths and tea towels etc. If you require anything else please ask and we will try our best to supply. We have a English Manager Denise on site who is easily contactable and will help you with anything you need. Lovely modern apartment on small secure complex. Felt very much at home, loved sitting at the breakfast bar looking out at the view through double doors to the balcony. Bathroom amazing with fantastic shower. Kitchen lovely and modern with everything you need. The balcony is large and private with loungers and alfresco dining, watched many amazing sunsets. Spoke with Julie on the phone, lovely person and communication excellent. Loved it and have booked again for next year.

The apartment was in fantastic condition, lovely private balcony, with all you could need to enjoy a stay there.

The pool was clean and maintained daily.

Only a 5 minute walk into town and the beach but still in a quiet location.

Would recommend to both family and friends, and will be top of my list when I return to Lanzarote in the future.

Fantastic well appointed apartment in a quiet setting with all the comforts of home. inc a shared pool terrace and patio furniture and lounges. A short walk to a beautiful beach and promenade with plenty of bars restaurants. The owner of the property provided us with lots of useful information about the area places to visit taxis etc. Nothing was too much trouble. hence we are returning next year. Role on 2018 🌞?😎?❤

Delighted, exactly as described.

The apartment was all that we hoped it would be. Everything we needed to a very high standard. Support and information from the owner prior to departure was excellent and helped us make the most of our week stay. Local support responded to any request same day and was very helpful and friendly. The small complex was quiet and friendly. Main resort within comfortable walking distance. Local beach was lovely and although main resort was very busy in the evenings as long as you didn't eat too late (before 8pm) tables were available and food was excellent.

i found this apartment really clean and comfortable only thing missing air.con

A wonderful holiday experience

The apartment was wonderful, lovely and clean, very modern with everything you could need. Everything worked perfectly. The kitchen and bathroom have both recently been modernised. Even the beds were comfortable! We were just far enough away from the beach and bars to be peaceful, with only a 5 minute stroll to the main area. The instructions for access were faultless and the apartment was available early. Julie provided lots of information about the area, places to visit and eat, which was a great help. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will be returning next year. The only downsize was the area around the pool was quite small and because the complex only had 8 apartments was also very quiet. However, the beach is only a few minutes away with lots of sunbeds and plenty of opportunity for people watching.
