Luxury Los Olivos 2 bed, 2 bath, south facing apartment in peaceful location. Lounge with a 60" HD TV & PS3 with games. Dining area with table & 4 chairs, well equipped kitchen, utility room. All bedrooms have balconies. Two terraces leading from the lounge/dining area, one with small table & chairs, the other with patio set for 4, gas barbecue & electrically operated awning. Fabulous private roof terrace with 4 sun loungers and charcoal barbecue. Great location. Close to all amenities in particular the tennis centre and shops/bars/restaurants. Very well maintained by our excellent management company. Lovely views and ideal for winter sunshine too. Apartment also has full Sports Rights which enables clients to benefit from significant discounts on golf & tennis rates.

Great apartment

One of the best holiday apartments we've stayed in. Very well equipped, lots of areas for the family to spread out (balconies, v private roof terrace, lounge) and in a really convenient location for shops and restaurants. On arrival it would have been useful to have a more detailed la manga map for the directionally challenged (!) to find the Los Olivios pools (they're behind you). We'd happily rebook

Fabulous accomodation great location!

This is our 3rd time in La Manga club, the first in this apartment and I will re-book when we return next year. Apartment in a lovely private location and not overlooked at all. Facilities fantastic, including a great roof terrace, all you need whatever the time of year. Our 13 yr old son loved the TV in the lounge. Property is clean, well maintained and fully equipped. Owner really friendly and helpful when we were booking. Highly recommended!!

Stunning

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It had everything you could hope for. We had our teenage son with us and he was delighted with the WiFi size of the TV and the choice of games to play too. The terraces were lovely especially the rooftop one. The location of the apartment was great too and with the choice of two pools and the air conditioned gym was fantastic. A great holiday in a lovely place.

Fantastic apartment, fantastic location!

This was our 5th visit to La Manga Club, but our first stay in Los Olivos. The apartment was just as described, although the photos don't do justice to its size, it's much bigger than it looks in reality. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained, there was even a welcome pack left for us, which was much appreciated as we arrived late at night.

The apartment had all of the facilities we needed, the air con was very effective, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the blinds in the bedrooms totally blacked out all light, and the 60" TV, wifi and Playstation went down very well with my husband and teenage daughter! There was plenty of wardrobe & storage space, which can sometimes be an issue in holiday accommodation and the kitchen was equipped with every utensil you could possibly use.

The apartment is located very close to two of the three pools in Los Olivos, both an outdoor and indoor pool, there is even a jacuzzi at the indoor pool! Both pools were great, there were always plenty of sunbeds and shade available at the outdoor pool.

The apartment is very private and quiet, being on the top floor, it is not overlooked by any other property, and the roof terrace was a great sun trap.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from Bellaluz Square, where there are a number of bars, restaurants, shops and a well stocked supermarket. At night the square is very lively, with live music on a number of nights during the week. It's also easy walking distance to the Tennis Centre, which is surrounded by more bars, restaurants, shops and a bigger supermarket. One of our favourite restaurants was "Meat Point" at the Tennis Centre, amazing steaks, wine and great service.

Claire, the owner, has been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and the onsite property manager was great - very friendly and helpful also, which was very much appreciated.

Of all the accommodation we have previously stayed in at La Manga Club, this apartment was the highest quality, the most comfortable and the best location, it's a real home away from home. We have already requested dates for our 2016 holiday!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped. Convenient for tennis, swimming pool and small piazza across the way. Huge tv screen, which is great if you're caught out by the weather, as we were.... Wine and milk on arrival were very welcome.

Lovely apartment

Lovely very spacious apartment with roof terrace. We'll equipped, everything we needed was there. Handy for the tennis centre, local shops and restaurants. Owners and local management very helpful and quick to answer any queries. We had a great holiday and this apartment is highly recommended.

Location

From the Owner

Due to the apartments' position within the Los Olivos community, the terraces benefit from all year round sunshine. We have numerous returning guests, as the apartment is very well equipped and feels like home from home. We offer a little more than standard apartment basic equipment. We also visit regularly to ensure high standards are maintained. We treat it as our second home and is not run purely as a business. Put simply 'we care' and want guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

Numerous beaches are within easy reach. The closest is the La Manga Club private beach, La Cala, set in a beautiful cove, a few minutes drive from the property. Further down the coast is Calblanque, an unspoilt National Park. The Mar Menor lagoon (10 min drive) provides sandy beaches with safe water and water sports. On the other side of the La Manga Strip is the Mediterranean with many beaches.

Travel:

Murcia (San Javier) is the nearest airport (20 mins drive). Alicante is an hour away. Car hire is strongly recommended due to the size of La Manga Club, although taxi's can be easily arranged.

Distances:

Los Belones is the nearest village (5 mins drive) with restaurants and shops. Cabo de Palos, a fishing village (10 mins drive) with a Marina and lots of good fish restaurants. Also on a Sunday morning there is a huge market where you will find clothes, leather goods and fresh local produce. The nearest city is Cartagena (20 mins drive) where you will find the old port, restaurants, shops (El Corte Ingles). Murcia (45 mins to 1 hour) good for sightseeing.

Further Details:

There are numerous restaurants within La Manga Club catering to a variety of budgets and tastes. There are 2 supermarkets (1 of which is 5 mins walk away in Bellaluz square). Outside the Club there are lots of restaurants (good value) and also a large supermarket (Spar) at Cabo de Palos if you prefer to do a 'big' shop at the beginning of your holiday. A little further away at Cartagena there is a huge Carrefour.

La Manga Club also provides an enormous range of other sporting and leisure activities. The tennis centre has 28 courts, with a range of surfaces (LTA winter training base), paddle tennis, squash courts, gym and even Crown Green Bowls. Coaching and Academy courses provide high levels of teaching and competitions are held weekly. The Spa offers a luxury environment in which to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, and a full range of beauty and well being treatments. Other activities include, horse riding, cricket, rugby, football, dancing, karate, climbing wall, and mountain biking. Water sports are available nearby. There is also a fantastic Kids Club (0-12 years) providing first class care.

Confirmation of booking requires a 25% non-refundable deposit (subject to terms & conditions) completion and receipt of a booking form. 8 weeks prior to departure balance of holiday to be paid in full. Security deposit taken on arrival. One member of the party must be over 25 years of age. To gain access to the indoor pool, a 50 euro refundable deposit is required in exchange for a swipe card. This is payable direct in resort to our Management Company.

Changeover Day:
Saturday changeover. Arrival 4pm, departure 10am. Can be flexible for short breaks (min 4 days) in low season - telephone or email request.
