Notes on accommodation: There is air conditioning / heating to All bedrooms. Strictly no smoking inside the apartment. Outside: Outside, sun terraces surround a large split-level pool with children's section, landscaped gardens and parking. Situated in the Gotmar area and only 10 minutes stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants. Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer and outside drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. The property is cleaned between tenants. Other: A stainless steel spiral staircase leads to the upper level. This combines a fully stocked bar, summer kitchen with dishwasher hob and fridge and a further dining area which, in turn leads onto a sun terrace and BBQ with magnificent mountain views.
