3 Bedroom Villa in Quiet Residential Area, a Short Walk to Beach / Restaurants / Shops

This is a family villa in a quiet prosperous residential area overlooking the Mediterranean. The villa is situated in an elevated position enjoying sea views over Alcudia bay and the mountains of Sierra de Levant. It is a short walk from an attractive old fishing harbour with bars, restaurants, hotel, beaches and shop. The outstanding new Alcanada golf course is about 1km from the villa. Port Alcudia is a popular holiday resort and yacht harbour and is located about 2km from the villa. The Old Town of Alcudia is about 4km. Old Alcudia is built on the ruins of the ancient Roman capital of Mallorca and excavations are a local feature. Spectacular coastal and mountain scenery is all around. Mallorca's finest beaches run round the bay of Alcudia. Unspoiled old villages lay a short distance inland. Palma and the airport are about 50km motorway drive. There are also bus services to Palma and local towns.

Why Robert or Anna chose Pollensa - Alcudia

Mallorca is a lovely island and we chose the Alcudia area because it is close to the sea and amenities and also close to interesting countryside for walking away from the crowds. We chose this particular property because of the sea views and its quiet location but is only a short walk to the beach.
