Royal Palm is an Andulusian village style resort set in superb exotic gardens, nestling quietly in the foothills of Los Cristianos. It is located in the exclusive Oasis Del Sur area of Tenerife near the prestigious resorts of Paradise Park and Hollywood Mirage. The beautiful completely refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in a highly maintained complex with a warm and relaxing ambience. Located on the top floor, the apartment is designed for comfortable living and can sleep 4-6 people. The apartment occupies prime position at Royal Palm, the large south facing double width balcony overlooks one of the two beautiful pools on the complex and enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, town and ocean. The balcony receives the sun all day and also enjoys spectacular sunsets. There are large sunbathing areas set amongst lush tropical gardens. Plenty of restaurants and bars are available in the immediate vicinity, all reasonably priced. Car hire is not necessary.
Michelle and I currently live in West Sussex with our two children Libby and Ben. Our apartment is like a second home and is visited frequently by us and our families.

Royal Palm is renowned as the one of the best complexes in Los Cristianos, if not in Tenerife. The community is very strong with a well organised management committee, meaning the complex is very well managed, maintained and looked after, keeping the facilities as good as new all year around.
One of our family purchased off plan when Royal Palm was built so having been there many years ago I decided that one day I would like to own there too - it is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

The apartment is well fitted out with everything we needed for a family holiday. The complex is very smart and the three swimming pools and sunbathing areas went down a treat. Enjoyed close proximity to all the cafes, bars and the beach.
Will definetly book again next time we're in Tenerife !
The apartment is in a quiet location, on a very attractive complex, and is within walking distance of local bars and restaurants. It is a 15 minute walk to the sea and beaches, and also the old fishing port and village of Los Christianos. It is not necessary to have a car as the bus station is a 10 minute walk, and the service is excellent and covers most of the island.
We had a lazy, relaxing week at this lovely apartment. There were just 2 of us but, having 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it would easily accommodate a family or 2 couples. It was very clean with plenty of space and the owners have been really thoughtful when equipping the apartment, leaving lots of little extra bits and bobs to make our stay as comfortable and fuss free as possible. The water, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival were very much appreciated whilst, throughout the week, the padded cushions for the sunbeds on the balcony were great for relaxing in the sun.
The apartment has a large, superb, mainly private balcony with beautiful panoramic views over Los Cristianos and the sea or of the sleepy, arid mountains and wonderful palm trees.
The rest of the complex is pretty and bright and very well maintained. There are several clean, inviting pools and lots of well tended flower beds with exotic plants and trees. The complex staff are all very pleasant and helpful and are available if you want them, although never intrusive.
We would gladly recommend this property to our friends and family. Thanks for a very comfortable stay.
We have visited Tenerife on a number of occasions but this was our first time staying in Los Cristianos. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, we are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 older teenagers). Lots to do within walking distance although buses and taxis are readily available if required. The apartment was fabulous, great size and the 2 bathrooms were a great bonus when there are 4 of us getting ready. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely go back to the apartment without any hesitation. x
This apartment is immaculate and Steve has ensured that there is everything you would need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The complex is also maintained to a very high standard and is closely located to shops. You could not fault either the apartment or complex. The only reason why I didn't give this 5 stars was due to the loud music from one of the nearby restaurants. The music generally finished by 11pm, but it did play most nights we were there.
I stayed here with my husband and 2 young daughters. It is the perfect size for a family of 4, with spacious rooms, plenty of light and well laid out.
We loved the position of the apartment too: it was quiet and completely private being high up and away from the pool, as well as having a sea view in the distance from the large balcony. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of storage space.
The only slight negative was that the kids bedroom backed onto the road which was a bit noisy last thing at night with music from the restaurants/bars and in the morning with traffic. However the music was always finished by 10pm so didn't bother them too much. The main bedroom on the other hand was lovely and quiet for us adults, being on the other side.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would go back there again ourselves.

A deposit of 50% of total, with the balance due 2 months prior to departure. Please note that a refundable security deposit of £200 is payable with the balance. Full payment is required for all bookings within 2 months of departure date. A named responsible adult over the age of 21 is required for all bookings. Bookings are not taken from all male/female groups.
Changeover day is normally Friday, however with flights departing daily we can be flexible on changeover days subject to availability.
Notes on prices:
Prices are £55 per night for 1-2 people (based on the use of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom only) and £65 per night for up to a family of 4. An extra £5 per night applies families of up to 5 people and £10 per night for families up to 6.
Prices are the same year around except for Xmas/New Year when a supplement of £10 per night is applicable. A supplement of £10 per night is also applicable where 2 couples are looking to share the apartment.
Prices are for the property per night in UK Pounds. We do not charge for infants (under 2) or the use of our cot.
