The apartment enjoys the benefits of a peaceful location yet is within walking distance to the local village. The spectacular unobstructed sea and mountain views are some of the best in the area with a panoramic view over Coral Bay. Balcony leading from living area is furnished with patio table, 4 chairs, umbrella and 2 Sunbeds. The balcony is south-east facing which ensures sunshine from early morning till late afternoon. Guests can avail of many optional extras which can be booked in advance e.g. welcome packs, meet & greet at airport or apartment, cot hire, car hire. Details on request.

The property was as described and spotless - nice quiet location with lovely views

This part of Cyprus is a lovely quiet location - the apartment block is well maintained and the apartment itself was spotless, well furnished and had everything that we needed - hairdryers, iron & board, and lovely white towels! The addition of beach towels also saved on us having to pack these bulky items. The owner of the property responded promptly to any questions and supplied very useful information to us before our visit.

The response from the property manager whilst staying in Cyprus was prompt and efficient - so felt really looked after,

I would recommend this rental to anyone wishing to stay in Peyia. The village is a 5 minute walk away and has restaurants & bars. We would recommend Couzens and The Grande. The Grande has a lovely feel and is very relaxing with greek music playing in the background - if you dine at 5.00 when it opens and its not too busy and its just starting to get dark - it gets you right in the Cyprus mood and the staff are lovely.

We also spent sometime in Latchi which is about half an hour drive from Peyia and here there are great quiet bars on the beach - at sunset is best (again with greek music playing in the background) and also many boat trips to choose from - swimming in the Blue Lagoon whilst a BBQ is cooked on the boat - brilliant!

Peyia is not far from Coral Bay and there is a bus service to and from - whilst we visited Coral Bay bars & restaurants of which there are p-lanty to choose from - Coral Bay is a bit 'too British' if you know what I mean and you could be anywhere in the sun. Thats just a personal preference as we liked to seek out greek establishments and their cultures.

Pahos harbour is about 25 mins away in a car and has plenty to choose from - would recommend the Deck bar past the harbour - lovley setting overlooking the sea and at sunset looking at the sea through the palm trees certainly relaxes you.

We hired a car so didn't use the bus service this time but have used in the past and run very frequently.

Hot summer week in Peyia

First of all would like to say thanks to our host Geraldine. Her apartment is well kept and have all what you would need during hot summer holidays. Aircon, well equipped kitchen and clean rooms with good furniture. Our family have enjoyed one week stay here: soaking in the pool and sitting on the balcony and stare on the sea and surrounding nature. This place is easy to find and particular area is quiet enough, but within short distance you find shops and bars, kiosks and many more. However, it is better to have a car, and you will reach within 5-10min beautiful beaches and check how to grow bananas on near farms, or go to water park in Pafos and in the evening have very tasty dinner with music and nice atmosphere and have fun.

Wonderful stay

This was a lovely apartment very peaceful and relaxing, just what we wanted, We had the swimming pool to ourselves most of the time. The booking was easy and all information to reach the apartment was simple to follow. We would use again ourselves and recommend this apartment.

Last minute Cyprus Holiday

We had booked a last minute holiday to Cyprus as we had some friends who were in a villa in Coral Bay and were looking for a reasonable priced apartment to offset the cost of the flights. Geraldine's apartment fitted the bill perfectly. It was easily accessible from the airport via hire car, accessing the beaches at Coral Bay was a 10 minute drive from Peyia. The views from of Coral Bay were perfect. The apartment was clean, well appointed, broadband speeds were well up to posting of those holiday snaps. The pool was great and never seem to be overused the times we used it. The town of Peyia had all that was required if you didn't want to leave the area, bars, shops and restaurants.

Great apartment. Ideally located

Lovely modern apartment situated a five minute walk to the lovely village of Peyia where there is a selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, 24hr doctors, and the police station. Its a 10 minute drive to the beach and nightlife at Coral Bay.

The apartment is in a quiet area, clean and well equiped with all you need such as hair dryer iron ironing board etc plus cool bags and cold packs which come in handy for your picnic at the beach. Swimming pool was mostly deserted so we had it too ourselves.

Bed is very comfortable which is always great on a two week holiday.

Balcony gets very hot in the morning but cool by early evening which is a very welcome respite from the Cypus heat.

The car parking space is quite small so would be difficult to park a large car. We had a fiat picanto.

Only negatives would be that the flat doesn't really get a through breeze due to the direction but the air con works well and there is also a fan.

We had a wonderful peaceful stay and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Communication with Geraldine was good. The whole process very smooth with no hiccups and Lily is on hand when there to sort out any issues.(only had a broken fan which was replaced the same day).

The apartment is located in a quiet area close to the village centre. It has all the home comforts required for either a short holiday or a longer stay. Cyprus enjoys over 300 sunny days per year and I especially recommend visiting in Spring, Autumn and Winter for those who like sunshine but not necessarily to lie and sunbathe on the beach. There are loads of outdoor activities to avail of including cycling, walking, bowls and water sports. For the sun worshippers, May through to October is the time to visit and soak up the beaches and the sun. I offer attractive rates for longer stays especially off seasons.

Coral Bay and other sandy beaches are approx 3km from apartment/ 5 minutes drive. The beautiful beaches of Polis and Latchi on the north west coast are within 30 minutes drive time. 30 minutes driving time takes you to the fabulous Lara Beach on the Arkamas Peninsula where loggerback turtles nest and breed June-Aug each year.


Driving time from Peyia to Pafos Airport is 40 mins. To Paphos Town is 20 minutes. Car hire is recommended. For those not wishing to hire a car, the owner can arrange a Taxi service to meet you at the Airport and take you directly to the Apartment. Alternatively there is a local Bus operating from the Airport to routes covering Peyia, Coral Bay, Paphos.


Peyia Village: 5 minutes walk.

Pafos: 12km/20 minutes drive.

Coral Bay: 3km/5 minutes drive.

Troodos Mountains: 1-2 hours drive.

Further Details:

Peyia borders the Akamas National Park. It is 8km to Tsada Golf course. 4.5km to Agios Georgios Fishing Village. 5km to Pafos Bird & Animal Park. 5km to St Georges.
