This 2 twin bedroomed 2 bathroomed property is located on the 4* Campoamor Golf Hotel Resort, only 20 mins drive from Murcia and 40 mins from Alicante airports respectively.

The area boasts a great climate all year round and the property has 3 terraces from which to relax and enjoy the sun.

For the more energetic, Campoamor Golf hotel provides excellent golf and , tennis facilities with lessons available should you need them!.

A golfer's paradise, the local area has 3 other excellent 18-hole courses Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Las Colinas all within a 5 minute drive. Other courses nearby include La Finca (20 mins) and La Manga at 45 mins.

The property is ideal for families or couples too as there are numerous Blue Flag beaches and long coastal walks within a 7 min drive. The Torrevieja water park is 15 mins away by car and is a definitely a fantastic day out for all the family. (Picnics welcome) Go-Karting is also available locally.

Should you prefer to spend the day relaxing with a good book around the pool, then the gated communal pools (Adult & Children) are less than a 30 seconds walk from the property.

A wide choice of excellent restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets, banks and shops are just a 10 minute walk away at La Fuenta, while the hotel's restaurant has stunning views over the surrounding countryside and south to the coastal area of the Mar Menor and La Manga. A great place for a long and lazy lunch.

When you feel like some retail therapy then head for La Zenia shopping centre, a 5 min drive which has many international high street and designer brands catering for all tastes and budgets.

Further afield day trips to the old towns of Cartegena, Murcia, Alicante and Elche are always enjoyable.

The beautiful Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are all within less than 10 mins drive. These beaches with their golden sands and calm blue water are considered to be some of the finest beaches in the area. A magnificent paved walk connects La Zenia and Cabo Roig beaches enabling you to enjoy the spectacular coastline, stopping along the way for refreshments if desired!

La Fuenta commercial complex, a 10 minute walk has a variety of fine restaurants, bars, large supermarket and banks, with more a short drive away. Villamartin and Cab Roig are both 5 min drives and each has has a highly regarded selection of bars and restaurants. Torrevieja town (less than 15 min drive) has many shops, restaurants, bars, harbour, magnificent promenade and water park. The magnificent La Zenia shopping Centre is a 5 minute drive and contains a HUGE number of Spanish and International Brands. Cleaning Fee
An ADDITIONAL post holiday clean of €50 is ALSO PAYABLE upon booking. This unavoidable charge ensures that guests will arrive to a clean house with the beds already made-up with freshly laundered bed linen. Additionally 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel as well as bathroom towels will be provided. The property will be cleaned after the guests departure and linens and towels laundered, although guests are asked to ensure that all rubbish has been emptied from the property, placed in the urbanisation bins and dishes have been washed, dried and put away.

Check-in Times:
We are delighted to welcome guests at a time that suits them best. However, for guests checking-in between 11:30pm and 7am, there will be an additional check-in charge of €20 euro paid directly upon arrival to our local agent who will meet you with the keys..

Changeover Day:
Changeover days, arrival and departure times are flexible but are subject to availability at time of booking. We will endeavour to fit your requirements to the very best of our ability.

  • Golfers and families will love the convenience and comfort of this peaceful air-conditioned / heated townhouse. Sorry we do not allow pets. Outside: Property has furnished patio area to front, terrace off bedroom 1 and private south facing roof terrace with sun loungers. Shared gated adult pool and children's pools and children's play area are both 100 metres away. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner and storage facilities are provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen Bed linen and house towels are provided, however we would ask guests to bring their own beach towels as these are not. The 50€ cleaning charge which is paid along with the rental balance prior to booking ensures that guests arrive to a clean house with freshly made beds and fresh bed linen and towels. Guests are requested to dispose of any rubbish into the public bins and wash, dry and put away dishes before departure.
