Villa in Benimeit, Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain - Quiet Hillside Location, Air Conditioned & Underfloor & Pool Heating.

This is no ordinary rental Villa, it was meticulously designed to take full advantage of its prominent position overlooking the small seaside town of Moraira and the Mediterranean, about 3km away. It is kept to the highest standards and designed to maximize both the sunshine and shade available with a covered naya with dining and seating areas, luxury sun loungers and a chill out area at the end of the pool which is lit by an illuminated palm tree in the evenings.

It is on a quiet road in the exclusive suburb of Benimeit, a peaceful, select residential area. Everything about the Villa has a great feel of quality about it. Its design is traditionally Spanish yet it's filled with modern luxuries and quality furniture. Included in the price are; all bedding, bath and beach towels, a welcome food hamper including wine and beer on arrival which can be upgraded and personalised to suit the guest, luxury dressing gowns with complementary toiletries, treats for children and a meet and greet service at an easy to find local café (directions from airport provided) by the representatives who will be your point of contact throughout your stay. Also for stays longer than a week a mid clean of the villa is offered with a change of all bed linen and towels. A maid service and babysitting can be organised for little extra cost.

About Claire

I am a married mum of two grown up children and in Lincoln, Lincolnshire (where I grew up)

As well as looking after the bookings and marketing of Villa Hermosa I am a Complementary Therapist offering Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki.

I have a lovely 5 year old Labrador and love going for long walks in the countryside with her.

Why Claire chose Moraira

We have had a villa in Moraira for 28 years and have had so much fun holidaying there with friends and family over that time. We continue to holiday in our villa and absolutely love Moriara. When the land became available next door to our villa in 2005 my husband and I decided to build a Villa to rent out so other people could have the same experience. We designed the villa with two families in mind or holidaying with extended family, hence two master en-suite bedroom's and two further bedrooms which share a bathroom with a full size bath. We furnished and equipped the villa just the same as if we lived in it so no expense is spared. The location of the villa is on a very quiet road in a desirable area on the hillside overlooking Moriara and the Mediterranean. In the 28 years we have had our villa we have not had any trouble however to make the villa feel more secure we have double gates on the driveway which can be locked and a safe for valuables inside. We love Moraira town as there are some fabulous shops to browse, amazing choice of restaurants and we especially love having a drink in the Marina watching the boats go in and out.

Moraira is within an hours drive on the motorway from Alicante & Valencia airports.

Distances:

The villa is 3km to the beach and town centre of Moraira and is also a 30 minute drive from water parks and theme parks in Benidorm.

  • Notes on accommodation: Villa Hermosa is well suited to large or two families wanting to holiday together but with a certain amount of privacy for the couples with the 2 master bedrooms being en-suite. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are air-conditioned, as is the living area upstairs. There is underfloor heating and pool heating for the cooler months. There is free veiw sky TV, DVD,CD/Radio and 2 i-pod docking staions Security within the house is well catered for with safe; triple bolted doors; and an intercom entry phone system. Children welcome we provide a high chair, travel cot and 2 stair gates. Games, DVD's, books and jigsaws are also provided. Outside: Villa Hermosa is set in its own secure walled garden, beautifully kept with exotic Mediterranean plants. The very large swimming pool terrace on the ground floor is a delight. There is a large 8m x 4m mosaic tiled private pool with easy-access Roman steps into it, and an outdoor shower. At the end of the pool is a new chill out area under an illimunated palm tree with an L shaped sofa, sun umbrella & a drinks table to enjoy day & evening sun. Ideal for romantic evenings! There is an outdoor charcoal barbecue and a small indoor kitchen with additional cooking and washing-up facilities, all carefully designed for guests convenience and a relaxing holiday. Leading off the pool terrace is a covered yet open area called a naya it has a dining table and chairs, and a comfortable sofa And close by is yet another open terrace again with an outdoor dining table and a full size table tennins table. Utility Room: Iron & Ironing Board. refuse area with large bin & recycling bags. vase, spare light bulbs, first aid kit and candles. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A weekly clean is offered on the middle Saturday with clean bedding, bath and beach towels provided. A maid service, upgraded welcome packs & Baby sitting service available at an extra charge. Other: Leading off the lounge & dining room a balcony with fantastic veiws to relax in comfy chairs and a table & seating to enjoy el fresco dining. There are 2 wind out blinds for shade if needed.
