Villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca - Enjoy Elegant Living In Peaceful Surroundings

Villa Limone is a large and luxurious villa situated in extensive private grounds with sensational sea and mountain views. The Villa overlooks the pretty fishing village of Moraira. The front of the villa is southerly facing and features Calpe Rock. The rear looks across the valley with Montgo (Elephant Rock) clearly visible in the distance. The house is a large 3 storey villa that is ideal for two families or parents with children and grandparents who may like times when they can enjoy their own private space and tranquility. The upper floor has a master bedroom with its own private roof terrace, a separate dressing area and en suite facilities with a Jacuzzi bath and fridge for those champagne moments. The main floor is connected by a curved marble staircase and offers a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room and lounge with a wood burning fire place. A second bathroom followed by a guest bedroom with its own balcony .

With regard to the villa, what can I say. It is the perfect place for a family holiday.A beautiful Villa with the most fantastic views from every level. It had everything we needed, even down to a needle and thread.

We all loved our stay there and had the most relaxing time. The local restaurants were brilliant, a couple of the nights the restaurant owners dropped us back as there were no taxis available. Where else would you get that type of service. The restaurants outside of the town offered better food with more attention to detail.( we can send on the names of the places we would recommend).

We all had a fantastic time in your wonderful villa, it was exactly what we needed and more than we expected. The broadband was excellent and more than good enough.Thanks so much again for all your help, the info sheet you sent was used well and referred to a number of times, thanks also to Linda for her care and attention. We all loved Moraira, a really lovely upmarket town with lovely restaurants shops and beaches. We would definitely love to come again to visit.

The property sits astride the top of a hill 1 mile or so from the coast. Several excellent sandy beaches and coves are only 5 to 10 mins away by car.


The Villa is one hour from Alicante and 1 hour 20 mins from Valencia.


The Villa is located between Teulada and Moraira, 20 mins from Calpe, 25 mins from Javea, 30 minutes from Benidorm and Theme Parks.

Beaches, Restaurants and Shops are 5 minutes by Car. A car is essential

Booking Notes:
A deposit is required on booking the villa with full payment being made in advance of key transfer / location details etc. There is a supplement of £80 for single week bookings. Portable Aircon unit available.
Changeover Day:
The preferred change over day is Saturday or Sunday but we can be flexible on this. Arrival time is after 4.00pm and departure time is 10.00am on the day of leaving.

Notes on prices:
During high season laundry is included for up to 10 guests, outside this period and for guest numbers greater than 10, a £10 charge per person for the duration of the stay is applicable.

  • Notes on accommodation: The three storey house is very private within its walled and gated area. It is marble and tiled throughout and is suitable for children. The Villa has steps throughout the three storeys, so is only partially suitable for wheelchair access. Outside: Large mature gardens with two very private pools (one 8 x 4 the other Heart shaped the later being solar heated). BBQ areas on the ground and first floor patios. There is extensive outside furniture available. Utility Room: Washing machine and dryer, ironing facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are changed weekly for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Other: Large walk in larder from main kitchen. Outside covered BBQ area. Massive garage and separate pool house.
