Front line Apartment in Puerto Cabopino, Costa del Sol - Direct Views to the Marina and Sea

This character modernized apartment enjoys a prime front line position in the wonderfully picturesque Puerto Cabopino.

The property has a level access from an enclosed patio which leads to a hall with the living dining and kitchen areas beyond. Off the lounge is the balcony from which there are stunning views of the adjacent marina.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both of which are positioned at the back of the apartment, - a principle bedroom with king size bed and smaller second bedroom with two single beds.

There is a re-fitted bathroom with shower. Air conditioning (hot or cold) is installed.

It was further improved in early 2017 with new double glazed windows, re-tiled floors and a new kitchen.

There is a barrier pass available to the residents car park.

The apartment has superb views from the balcony to the Marina with the beach and sea beyond.

Puerto Cabopino is a delightful child friendly development uniquely designed to create the feel of an Andalucian village.

There are two swimming pools many bars and restaurants.

Calahonda offers a larger selection of shops and Marbella centre (12km) and Fuengirola (14km) are both easily accessible by car, taxi or bus.

The beach at Cabopino is accessible direct from the private gardens and pool area. You can also get to the pool from the apartment without crossing any roads. It is renowned and regarded as the best in the Marbella area. There are a number of beach restaurants plus beds and watersport hire facilities.

We live in England, but spend most of our holidays in Spain and over the years increasingly Puerto Cabopino. We thought about buying years ago when the children were younger and now I wish we had. Anyway having stayed in many apartments at the port over the years it at least meant we knew where to buy when the opportunity finally arose.

We bought this in 2006 and modernised it that year.

It has wonderful 'people watching views' plus marina/boat views and the sea in the distance. There is easy access to pool and beach which makes it ideal for a family.

I don't encourage over occupation hence why we say upto 4 people maximum.

Many apartments in the port can be a little noisy at night due to the unusual designs. Often bedrooms can pick up the noise of tables and chairs being dragged over tiled floors. Our apartment has no one above or to the side making it the quietest we've ever stayed in. there are restaurants below but this is Puerto Cabopino not Magaluf!

We enjoy having numerous bars and restaurants virtually on our doorstep. This means we can arrive without a car and still not feel isolated. The regular bus services into Fuengirola and Marbella are also invaluable and reliable.

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and only 2 minutes walk to Andy's bar and beach. Fantastic pool and surroundings. Very relaxing. Already booked my next holiday in this apartment in 2 months time.

A privileged position in a wonderful location

Andrew was the perfect host. He made the booking process go smoothly and supplied us with all the Information you could wish for. The apartment (B6) is compact but very well laid out and perfectly adequate for our party of 3 adults. Very clean and looked newly decorated it had amazing double glazing that when you close the door to the balcony the cacophony of bar and restaurant noise (not excessive, just the natural sounds of people on a night out) were instantly silenced. It was quite impressive. Comfortable beds, a good shower and the views are fabulous. We were lucky enough to enjoy great weather during our stay in April and despite having really hot days we never needed the air conditioning at all. The design of the apartment and the fabulous granite floor tiles kept the apartment perfectly cool. The television had a few English channels, the internet was good enough for checking emails etc. but not fast enough for streaming sports or movies. The pots and pans have seen better days and there was no sharp knife for chopping food, I had to use the bread knife to cut a pineapple but these were minor niggles and in no way stopped us from having a great holiday. The Marina, beach and garden with pool are all lovely and the extensive choice of reasonably priced bars and restaurants was great.

We had a really good holiday in Cabopino and we would definitely return and we will be recommending the apartment to our friends.

Nice apartment in excellent location

A very good apartment, especially now with the new windows, floor and kitchen fittings. The bed is comfortable and the shower works well. A few slight niggles though.

(a) Although it is reasonably quiet, be aware that the apartment is directly above a bar. You will sometimes get music after midnight. Some nights I needed earplugs to get to sleep.

(b) The WiFi is slow and keeps disconnecting. It's OK for checking the occasional email but no more. We ended up renting a 4G hotspot from wifiaway.es (recommended).

Despite the problems we would probably stay there again, and I would happily recommend it.

Wonderful bonus spring sunshine break

Great location ,great weather and apartment clean and beautifully presented as always.

Chose a week to celebrate my wife's birthday and our 35th wedding anniversary . Everything was fabulous, as ever.

From the minute we arrive at Malaga, collect our hire car ,waving goodbye to the masses as they board their coaches bound for the high rise hotels, we are back at our second home. A pit stop at the big supermarket for provisions and within 20 minutes we are in the familiar surroundings of quiet Cabopino. Then once parked we enter the familiar surroundings of the spacious apartment. Fold back the balcony door and smile at the view !!!

Spending all year watching holiday property shows tells you that there is one thing everyone wants ,its location location location !!!!! This is IT ..

To top our visit this May we even had a personal welcome from the owner. We must be regulars.

Excellent location and great apartment

We stayed for a week with our young children - 4 and 2. The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is literally on the waterfront so a 2 minute walk from the beach. Great restaurants nearby and the beach itself was immaculate.

Apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony for eating meals and enjoying the sun. We had a great time!

Ideal location for a relaxing holiday everything you would need , great air con which was very welcome in the hot weather , plenty of hot water in the eve for everyone , although the apartment is above restaurants it certainly wasn't noisy , nice outlook over the port , would defiantly book again
