This character modernized apartment enjoys a prime front line position in the wonderfully picturesque Puerto Cabopino.

The property has a level access from an enclosed patio which leads to a hall with the living dining and kitchen areas beyond. Off the lounge is the balcony from which there are stunning views of the adjacent marina.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both of which are positioned at the back of the apartment, - a principle bedroom with king size bed and smaller second bedroom with two single beds.

There is a re-fitted bathroom with shower. Air conditioning (hot or cold) is installed.

There is a barrier pass available to the residents car park.

The apartment has superb views from the balcony to the Marina with the beach and sea beyond.

Puerto Cabopino is a delightful child friendly development uniquely designed to create the feel of an Andalucian village.

There are two swimming pools many bars and restaurants.

Calahonda offers a larger selection of shops and Marbella centre (12km) and Fuengirola (14km) are both easily accessible by car, taxi or bus.

The beach at Cabopino is accessible direct from the private gardens and pool area. You can also get to the pool from the apartment without crossing any roads. It is renowned and regarded as the best in the Marbella area. There are a number of beach restaurants plus beds and watersport hire facilities.

About the Owner

We live in England, but spend most of our holidays in Spain and over the years increasingly Puerto Cabopino. We thought about buying years ago when the children were younger and now I wish we had. Anyway having stayed in many apartments at the port over the years it at least meant we knew where to buy when the opportunity finally arose.

We bought this in 2006 and modernised it that year.

It has wonderful 'people watching views' plus marina/boat views and the sea in the distance. There is easy access to pool and beach which makes it ideal for a family.

I don't encourage over occupation hence why we say upto 4 people maximum.

Many apartments in the port can be a little noisy at night due to the unusual designs. Often bedrooms can pick up the noise of tables and chairs being dragged over tiled floors. Our apartment has no one above or to the side making it the quietest we've ever stayed in. there are restaurants below but this is Puerto Cabopino not Magaluf!

We enjoy having numerous bars and restaurants virtually on our doorstep. This means we can arrive without a car and still not feel isolated. The regular bus services into Fuengirola and Marbella are also invaluable and reliable.

Wonderful bonus spring sunshine break

Great location ,great weather and apartment clean and beautifully presented as always.

Chose a week to celebrate my wife's birthday and our 35th wedding anniversary . Everything was fabulous, as ever.

From the minute we arrive at Malaga, collect our hire car ,waving goodbye to the masses as they board their coaches bound for the high rise hotels, we are back at our second home. A pit stop at the big supermarket for provisions and within 20 minutes we are in the familiar surroundings of quiet Cabopino. Then once parked we enter the familiar surroundings of the spacious apartment. Fold back the balcony door and smile at the view !!!

Spending all year watching holiday property shows tells you that there is one thing everyone wants ,its location location location !!!!! This is IT ..

To top our visit this May we even had a personal welcome from the owner. We must be regulars.

Excellent location and great apartment

We stayed for a week with our young children - 4 and 2. The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is literally on the waterfront so a 2 minute walk from the beach. Great restaurants nearby and the beach itself was immaculate.

Apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony for eating meals and enjoying the sun. We had a great time!

Perfect apartment in an ideal location

Ideal location for a relaxing holiday everything you would need , great air con which was very welcome in the hot weather , plenty of hot water in the eve for everyone , although the apartment is above restaurants it certainly wasn't noisy , nice outlook over the port , would defiantly book again

Perfect Location

This apartment is one of the Best Positioned in Cabopino and only one minutes walk to the pool and the Beach is only 30 Seconds from the Fantastic Restaurant's we were there for 10 nights with two young children and can not find fault with anything!!! Fantstic views over the Marina and the nicest part of Marbella by far very safe and friendly for families. Will definitely go back again!

Apartment with stunning views

Just spent a lovely week in Cabopino at this excellent apartment. Stunning views from room and balcony over the harbour and sea. Excellent location for restaurants to suit all tastes. Clean comfortable apartment with all requirements. All services on hand and a stones throw from the beach and beach bars. The use of the private gardens a real bonus (used every day on our week there). Dealing with the owner excellent ,everything you need to know made very clear.Excellent Deli at Cabopino top as well shop on the harbour . We did hire car as bus service very good. We will return.

Winter Sun

A good property for winter visits. It has a south facing balcony, well sheltered from the cool winter winds and a view over the marina. Sunrises can be spectacular.

The apartment is clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which can be used for heating during cool winter evenings.

Even "out of season" there is a good range of restaurants open around the marina and in the upper squares, also, at least one beach bar. Supermarkets, more restaurants and bars are within 1 mile.

With a car it is convenient for visiting the coastal resorts of the Costa del Sol and the mountain village3s inland.
