Villa in Corralejo, Fuerteventura - Peaceful and Quiet, 5 mins Walk to the Sea
Casa Olas is situated in the bay area of Corralejo, just 3 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 10 minutes level walk to the town centre and 15 minutes level walk to the famous sand dune beaches. Casa Olas is in an enviable position, because it is not necessary to hire a car to make use of Corralejo's facilities. There are a number of small supermarkets and restaurants/bars within minutes of the villa. The secluded patio has a table and 4 chairs, there are 4 sunloungers and a barbecue. The patio has direct access to the kitchen and the sunbathing area can not be overlooked by other properties. The private pool measures 5m x 4m. The barbecue is situated at the end of the patio.

Activity and Interests
The sea is 5 minutes walk and an extra 5 minutes walk to the nearest sandy beach. The famous sandy beaches which are 8 kilometres in length and are 15 level walking minutes.
Fuerteventura only has one airport and that is 25 minutes driving time from Corralejo. There is a good bus service and and there are plenty of taxis. Car hire is not necessary but obviously allows one to explore the island.
Corralejo town centre is 10 minutes walking distance and Casa Olas being in the bay area, the walking is on level ground. Flag beach (the most famous of the sandy beaches) is just 20minutes level walking minutes away.
There are a number of small supermarkets, restaurants/bars within a few minutes walking of Casa Olas. The nearest bank is 5 minutes walk away. There is a water park at the back of town and it is a 20 minute uphill walk. To those who know Corralejo, Casa Olas is between El Campinario and the sea. To those who don't El Campinario is a new square built in rustic Spanish style that has a few bars, boutiques and a very good supermarket.

If you wish to book or ask a question, please send us an email. When you book, we will send you an invoice with all the details and after receiving the invoice, we want you to send us a £50 deposit to confirm the booking. We then ask for the balance 4 weeks before your departure. We then send you the keys 7-10 days before your departure, with a location map.
The traditional changeover day for Fuerteventura is Wednesday to Wednesday. We need the villa vacated by 10.30 am to enable it to be cleaned for the next guests and as it takes 3 hours to prepare the villa we ask for new guests to arrive at 2.00 pm.

- Notes on accommodation: The front garden is separated from the rear garden area (patio and pool) by a wall and gate and therefore offers security to young children. There are a number of freestanding fans. In relation to wheelchair access, the property is completely level from the outside pavement to the inside. All the doors are normal width, the swimming pool is slightly raised (12 inches) from ground level, which may allow a disabled person the facility to sit on the edge and swing into the pool. The steps inside the pool are built into the pool as small ledges and the top step is large enough for a person to sit on. Outside: The secluded patio has a table and 4 chairs, there are 4 sunloungers and deck chairs, a barbecue. The patio has direct access to the kitchen and the sunbathing area can not be overlooked by other properties. The private pool measures 5m x 4m. The barbecue is situated at the end of the patio. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We include all bed linen and towels for up to 4 people. We do not supply beach towels. The villa is cleaned weekly and the bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
