Furnished to a high standard with commanding views over Son Bou's sandy beach. It is a tranquil location set in communal gardens with 2 pools. The resort San Jaime/Son Bou has numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Just returned from 2 weeks holiday at this apartment and wanted to say what a fabulous time we had. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable has everything you need the washing machine and dishwasher is a definite lifesaver with kids. The living area and main bedroom is very large and great for 5 of us. Lots of pool toys for the kids to use which was great and the loungers for us to relax!!!! The views from the balconies were superb of son bou couldn't ask for better... A 10 minute walk downhill leads to the main area of son bou with plenty restaurants and bars to choose from one of our favourites was The Atalis restaurant lovely good and great service. Fabulous holiday.....,
Activity and Interests
Son Bou beach is approximately a 5 - 10 min walk away at the bottom of a pine-clad hill. It is the longest sandy beach on the island, with free car parking, lifeguard patrols, various water sports and beach bars.
The resort is approx 20 mins from Mahon International airport. There are regular bus services throughout the island but we would strongly recommend hiring a car.
Nearest towns are Alaior 7km, Mercadel 10/12km away. Mahon and Cuitadella are well worth a visit as are some of the pre-historic sites dotted all over the island.
Nearest supermarket is about a 5 min walk away behind the San Valentin hotel. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants and cash points are situated at the bottom of the hill.

Depends on accepted bookings but we aim to be flexible. Normal departure time is 10am. Arrivals normally not before 2pm. Arrangements can be made to store luggage.

Outside: Apartment is set in attractive, well-maintained gardens with excellent views of both pools for residents' use only. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with easy on-road parking in front of the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, tea towels and bed linen provided weekly. Property professionally cleaned and prepared prior to entry. Please provide own beach and pool towels. Other: Entrance area leading to lounge. bathroom and bedrooms 2 & 3. Spiral staircase takes you from the lounge to the master bedroom on the 1st floor.
