Spacious 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment with wifi internet access ( Special long winter let rates also available on request ). Set in the quiet area of old town Albufeira, the apartment has breathtaking views over the sea and town. A gentle 10 minute walk downhill will bring you into the main square of the Old Town where you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The famous old town Beach ( approx 250m ) is just a 4 minute walk.

Willing to spread payments into 3 installments if reserved long time ahead.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely everything you need was in it.

Just to say thank you for the use of your lovely apartment. It's very comfortable and the beautiful furnishings, bedlinen, the quality bed lined and towels etc make it an extremely home from home experience.

We stayed in Andys apt for 10nights 11-21 june had the pick up from the airport and Andy was there waiting for us lovely man and very chatty.Got to the apt and everything was explained to us.The apt was lovely with loads of space and very clean.Thanks Andy we hope to see you very soon xx

Our family of 4 stayed in andy's newest appartment from August 5 - 15th. What a wonderful experience we had. From the moment of our arrival, with andy arranging our pick up from airport to appartment, throughout our whole holiday, andy made sure all our needs were catered for. The appartment was spotless, large enough four the 4 of us and very comfortable. Andy was only ever a phonecall away, with great advice and local knowledge.Nothing was ever a problem to him. we will definately be going back to portugal, and andy's will be our first choice. not only did we have a lovely holiday, we gained a friend.

2nd visit, third next year

This was our 2nd stay at the apartment, it was exactly what we wanted first time round but had some extras on our 2nd visit with the new flat screen tv and wifi. Everything and more for your stay is within the apartment which is spacious, clean and modern. The security system gives you peace of mind and is easy to use. The local area and Portuguese locals are friendly and it is a short walk to the shops, old town, beach and pool. All of which are of a very good standard.

Everything for a relaxing holiday.

On our first holiday Nikki picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport, on our 2nd Andy, both very friendly and offering great service and attention to detail and always only a phone call away if ever needed.

We will be returning next year for more of the same !

Relaxation without stress

Excellently situated and well appointed apartment for a stress free relaxing holiday. Not recommended for people with walking problems being located up a very steep hill. However, taxis are plentiful & cheap. There is also a bus stop directly outside the apartment. Andy,your host, is most helpful and easily available for help and advise. Would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.

Activity and Interests


The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk (old town beach), approx 300m away.


Faro airport is aprox 30 minutes drive by car. Car hire/taxi is not essential for this property but would be recommended if wanting to travel around the area. Personal airport transfers can be arranged prior to arrival.


The 'strip' area of Albufeira is only a 5 minute short taxi journey from the Old Town or an approximate 30 minute walk along the coastal footpath/road from the top of the escalator in the old town to near the bottom of the strip.

There are also many attractions in the area including Water Parks, Zoo Marine, Algarve Shopping and because of the central position of this apartment these are all within a twenty minute drive.

Further Details:

The new Marina in Albufeira is easily accessible via a new walkway connecting the Old Town coast to the Marina. This is becoming a lively attraction with shops, restaurants and bars.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival ( non - refundable ). A smaller deposit is accepted if booking is long way ahead of arrival.

Security deposit of 100 pounds or its equivalent in cash is required on arrival in the event of breakages. An inspection is carried out on departure and your monies refunded if no breakages..

Wi fi in the apartment is optional from 15 euros for duration of your stay, paid locally.

Will consider less than a weeks stay, but may involve a surcharge which will be quoted in full and in reply to the Customers inquiry!

Optional payment methods, bank transfers or cheque.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible, We take any combination if available, 7/8/9/10 day stays etc. Arrival 2pm and vacated at 11am on departure, however this may be flexible, please ask, We try to be accommodating if possible for no extra charge.

Prices are inclusive of energy costs except for long winter lets.Special Discounts are available for long winter lets between November & end of March - 6 weeks or more are at 105 pounds per week plus electric & water at cost, meters read on arrival.

Air con is optional in the bedroom at 30 pounds per week, you can choose this option when you are here if needed!

Euros also accepted at competitive conversion rates.

Free to reserve for first 48 hours sort your flights out if you so wish then 50% deposit payable (non-refundable) (nominal deposit if reserved more than 6 months ahead), final balance ( non-refundable) 8 weeks before arrival.

Optional payment methods, bank transfers or cheque. Total of £700 free payment protection with Owners Direct if payment made with these options.
