Very comfortable apartment in the popular resort of Les Arcs 1800, part of the immense Paradiski area. Winter: ski-in ski-out, ideally situated just above the high capacity Transarc gondola ski lift. Ski back to the apartment through the pine trees.

Summer, close to 2 golf courses and 500km of marked walking routes, kayaking, paragliding, extensive mountain biking trails, fishing, tennis and more.

The apartment is in the Archeboc building.

About the Owner

We have owned our apartment for 10 seasons and are very proud that our guests have a great time when they visit. We go skiing twice a year and walk/ mountain bike in the summer.

We love the fact we don't have to walk more than a few paces to the slopes, the immense ski area, linked with La Plagne, and the south facing balcony.

‘We had a fantastic week and the skiing was really good, its a great resort and we all said we would love to go back there again. ‘We got back yesterday afternoon having had a brilliant week. The position of the apartment was great. We even figured out a ski to the door route through the trees (I hate steps at the end of a day). The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher was a godsend. Les Arc suffers a little because it is purpose built & not as pretty as some. I would recommend it every time though as it is so big" D&P Rawlinson.

Home from Home

A wonderful stay in this very homely apartment. We ski often in Les Arcs - usually staying in 2000 - but we are now converts to 1800. We arrived later than expected but had spoken with the concierge who was very helpful indeed and assured us there would be someone to give us the key. We arrived at the apartment happy to find it was very warm and cosy. Everything was as described and more besides. Paul and Helen had provided lots of useful info prior to our arrival - including where to eat/best ski runs/best places to shop etc. 1800 has so much more going on than 2000 - much more lively on an evening. As always the skiing was superb - I've never been disappointed with the snow in Les Arcs. It is possible to access apartment from the piste - once we found it - once again the info provided gives directions for this. Wonderful stay - we'll be returning and will definitely recommend.

Great Mountain Biking Base

We've stayed in this appartment for the last 3 years to take advantage of the fantastic mountain biking in Les Arcs. The Appartment is ideally placed and right next to Transarc which is the highest lift to some of the best Biking trails you'll find in the Alps.

Paul is very helpful and good communications throughout, Couldn't make the stay easier.

The appartment is clean and spacious (only two of us). Parking in the summer is an absolute doddle. We've always found a place near the appt to park. The balcony is perfect for putting the bikes togther after the flight and secure overnight. Thanks for a great stay. Recommended for summer Biking.

Great little apartment close to the lifts

The location of this apartment is fantastic as it's close to the main town and Trans Arc lift.

It's clean, small but well formed and all the essentials covered (don't forget towels!) so perfect for families/couples.

The kitchenette is very well stocked and we even cooked in one night.

Paul was extremely helpful and accommodating during the entire booking process and a pleasure to deal with.

If back in Les Arcs which I'm sure we will be, we would happily rent with Paul again.

Lovely apartment, great location

We had a fantastic week in this lovely apartment, it has everything you could need and is in a good location. Paul and Helen couldn't have been more helpful and their instructions and helpful hints were great. We will be back next year and would highly recommend the apartment and Les Arcs

Great location and comfortable accomodation

Clean and comfortable, this apartment is very well located within easy walk to the commercial centre at Villards but far enough away to be relatively quiet. It is only a 50m walk to the slopes and from there only 100 to the transarc lift or a further 100m to the ski school starting point. The nearest ski hire is in the next door building and the covered parking at Charmettoger only a short walk.

The agent and owner were both very helpful and accommodating with any issues and I would definitely return.

Lovey apartment in perfect location.

I stayed in this apartment as part of a group of 5.

The accommodation is cosy but ideal for a group that spend most of the day skiing and evenings out. There is 3 hobs and a microwave in the small kitchen; we managed to cook every lunch and dinner.

Location is perfect for Skiing - Ski in and ski out less than 20 yards from the door. Les Arcs as a resort has fantastic pistes for all levels.

There is multiple ski hire shops within a 5 minute walk, like wise bars and supermarket.

We checked in out of hours and the whole process was super easy!

Would go again.

Nearest Airport : Chambery at 75 Miles Nearest Ferry : Lyon at 125 Miles Nearest Train : Geneva at 125 Miles Nearest Beach : Grenoble at 120 Miles Car: not necessary


-Driving; Geneva airport 2½ hours. Grenoble airport 2hours. Lyon airport 2 hours. Chambery airport 1½ hours.

-Eurostar to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, 7 min funicular train to Arc 1600 then free bus to Arc 1800. Particularly easy route in from Grenoble/Lyon/Chambery.


20 minute drive up from/ down to Bourg St Maurice. Everything you'll need in the 3 Arc 1800 villages within walking distance.

Further Details:

100m from central restaurants, bars, night club, supermarket and shops. Opposite a bakery.

100m from cable car, open summer and winter

Rafting-the Haut-Isere is one of the longest rafting courses in France, taking over 2hrs to complete.

Tennis-30 courts.

Swimming Pool in Arc 1800.

Changeover Day:
Saturday handovers, arrival after 5pm, departure by 10am. Keys collected from local agent. If arriving early the agent can call you when the apartment is ready, luggage storage is available. If you arrive late the agent will arrange to meet you with keys.

Prices are for the whole property per week in UK Pounds, euros accepted.
Prices include bed linen, cleaning and local tourist tax. £100 damage deposit secures booking, returned after you vacate (separate from rent). 10% discount for 2-week or more lets. Outside: Balcony - south facing so catches the sun. 5 deck chairs on balcony and 2 recliners in bedroom. Close to nursery, kindergarten and ski schools. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Apartment will be cleaned before and after your visit, this is included in the price, as is bed linen. Towel rental available from the agent (charged by agent) if you don't want to take your own. Other: Parking is plentiful, there is a parking charge levied upon entering Arc 1800. We recommend covered parking opposite the apartment, slightly more expensive at around €75/ week but easier to depart if it has been snowing heavily!
