Port promenade, boat ferries, local restaurants, beach restaurant bars and shops which are only 2 minutes walk away. Wonderful for seashore walks and watch the most incredible day activities, even from the terraces 180º views to all! Quiet during the day and night but if you wish to see a bit of entertainment by all means, there is hotel entertainment and karaoke all around, but not in the building itself, so your sleep is assured. Ideal for families, just friends, or for the elderly or infirm as there are no steps The Penthouse is all on one level. There are also 2 very large lifts and apart from the entrance steps there is also a long large ramp for wheelchair access or for baby buggies to make your stay far easier. This Penthouse is one of the best located apartments in Ibiza! Come visit the newly opened ocean beach or simply enjoy a quiet break away from routine... Magnificent views onto the sea & entrance to the harbour...No pool below to make noise either.. Amazing views all round from the apartment..Fully equiped. 4/5 persons

I´ve lived in Ibiza since I was 3 yrs old & love Ibiza due to it´s beauty and social life. I have worked for the Spanish Government nearly all my life but I am currenty half retired as the rest of the time I spend breeding bengal cats which you can see on FB ( Lepards de Elite)

Fantastic beach front apartment with superb views across the bay.

Excellent host Diana was very welcoming and helped with all of our arrangements right from the initial booking request. Apartment is superb and in a sensational location to enjoy Ibiza. All facilities for food and transport are nearby with great selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The ferry across to the main town is right outside and costs only a few Euro.

We bought the apartment 8 years ago & we bought it just visiting it for the first time. I remember when the estate agency lady Paquita opened up the apartment curtains all along for us to see the views & I remember seeing my mum´s face & I know what happened to mine. haha. we were left tongue tied,, it was out of this world. We looked at eachother & my mum said " we can´t lose this. we´ve got to buy this one " to which I couldn´t have agreed more too so we only had 200 € there & then to put down on it to reserve the penthouse. we all laughed because it was a ridicolous amount to put down on such an apartment but it was Saturday & the banks were closed until the Monday morning so untill then we couldn´t put more money down on it. lol. funny story but a true one !! we will never forget that.

Come and enjoy the countryside with its fields of snow white almond blossom from early February onwards. Visit all the small Ibicican villages & try their delicious Mediterranean meals throughout all the year & even hire a car to see the real natural beauty that the island has to offer, even in the winter months.

Come & visit "the newly opened ocean beach exclusive" (As shown in the photographs) it´s only a 10 minute walk away from our Frontline Penthouse along the Promenade Walk just infront,,certainly a non-forgettable experience for those who wish to com & visit newtop worldwide areas ....

Coast/Beach:

The beach & ferry quay plus sunset strip is on the righthand side of our building as well as the front promenade.. Easy access to night & all day life. Once you've seen it, you´ll fall in love with it.

Travel:

San Antonio itself ferry 10 minutes

San Antonio walking time approx 20 minutes

Ibiza Main Town 12/15 minutes by car

Airport 12/ 15 minutes by car

Shops, Chemist, restaurants 50metres from apartment..

Distances:

San Agustin 3km. San Antonio 4km. Ibiza Town 12km.

The Surity money is given back on day of departure providing that the apartment security keys are given back on day of departure & that all is well, & no damage has been caused during your stay & that the Penthouse is more or less clean.. All rubbish plus bottles must be taken out to the large bins outside prior to departure... Thank you..

Security money of 400 euros may come in sterling as most clients prefer this option..

New cot available but we kindly ask to let us know before arrival so that all the info is on the confirmation sheet & all is ready for your arrival..

Booking notes

The 40% reservation deposit is non refundable once you have made your reservation posible as your holiday is then reserved only for you & family. Thank you & look forward to hearing from you...!!

We all adore the Penthouse because the views are magnificent. they are breath takingly stunning..Secondly it´s so breezy up there & the smell of the sea air is just such a different smell to all others that I know. Supposedly this smell is to be good for the health. lungs etc.. we call it Jodo. especially if somebody doesn´t enjoy good health. The sound of the sea beating down if it´s a rough sea below is amazing & if you love boats,, then this is the apartment cos from where ever you are you just can´t help yourself looking at them all as they go past.. You can go down at nightime inside the very building itself to the pool & have a late-night swim before you go to bed.. If you want to catch one of the ferry boats.. it´s just by our building,we´ve got one of the main new ferry quays ..

  • Notes on accommodation: There is also a community swimming pool below for adults & small children. There are several beaches & one of the main ferry quays right next to our building which can take you into San Antonio itself & to other beaches all around this side of the island. Peacefull Breezy apartment, no swimming pool nor bars below. All amenities & night life within 50 metres walk. Great area on requiring taxi service if needed. Large celing fans in the apartment but it´s usually very breezy Great for families & friendly groups. Outside: Pleasant entrance as can be seen in one of the photos. No need to hire a car as all amenities are within 20 and 50 metres. We have one of the main Ferry Quays which takes you to all places such as san Antonio itself or to another set of beaches. The situation of the Penthouse is on a flat area with pavements & night lights.. Utility Room: Washing machine & ironing board plus iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen All linen and bathroom towels will be provided but not beach towels: self catering. Also we supply a cot if required... Other: Being the end apartment, all rooms give fantastic views and privacy. Great for people, to relax should they need a break and those that seek the nightlife! Also a Security door whick provides complete safety at all times.. No deposit money is refunded once your confirmation has been confirmed as it is then held for you & your family to prevent double bookings. Thank you!
