The living room and the kitchen have direct access onto the terrace, so outdoor dining couldn't be easier. A relaxing drink watching the sun go down is irresistible! The Costa del Sol is noted for the reliability of its sunshine, also in winter: we have an average of 320 sunny days a year.

The common sun terrace on the top floor allow you sunbathing the whole day: there are 4 loungers per apartment.

You will enjoy the terrific 360º views to the se, to the mountains and over the village till the Balcón de Europa and to Maro! The shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Consequently, you don’t need a car to enjoy Nerja to the full. Parking is, however, available right next to the apartments if you want a car to explore the surrounding area. Nerja is a perfect location for excursions to the historic cities of Granada, Seville and Malaga, whilst the ‘white villages’ of Frigiliana and Maro, and the stunning Caves of Nerja, are all within 5 minutes drive. Free WiFi connection! You will enjoy the HD flat screen TV with many English,French,German,Dutch,Russian and other TV channels.

There is air-conditioning for the summer and comfortable heating in winter: all is included in the price.

There is a washing machine and a dish washer, hair dryer and all kitchen utensils.

Above all: the apartments are very clean and have excellent mattresses.

The VAT 10 % is included in the prices.

Two bedroom apartment. In each bedroom there are two single beds which can be put together to a Queen size double bed.

The bathroom has a bathtub (with shower), bidet and washbasin.

In each apartment there is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a hairdryer.

You might enjoy the HD flat screen TV with some BBC and other international TV channels (French, German, Dutch, Russian and from many other countries.)

We offer free WiFi.

I'm from Thailand and I live with my husband Frans in beautiful Nerja since many years. Excellent seaside apartment Nerja, Spain.

My wife and I just returned from Nerja, Spain and had a wonderful time. Nerja was our third stop on our Spain itinerary and is a great place to kick back near the ocean with lots of things to do. We have lived and traveled in Spain often, and stayed in Nerja several times. We intended to reserve our favorite apartment, Casa Charlotte, but were disappointed that it was not available at the time we planned to be there. The owner, Frans, offered us a newer apartment near the ocean and town center. We stayed for 8 days at the Carabeo 2000 apartment and enjoyed it very much. The Carabeo apartment, named after the Carabeo section of town, is a new apartment, fully equipped with everything needed to be comfortable. It's unusually large with many large windows and 2 balconies that have a view of the ocean in the distance. It's a 5-minute walk to the town center and closest beaches.

The apartments are at 125m from the beaches Carabeillo and Carabeo and a few metres more to the famous Burriana which connects with the Carabeillo beach.

The airport of Malaga (AGP) is the nearest airport and is about 60 km (40 miles) from Nerja.
