About the property

Apartment El Cotillo, Fuerteventura - Quiet Location, Lovely Ocean Views from the Balcony

Situated less than 50 metres from one of the finest beaches in Fuerteventura - TripAdvisor recently announced its "2016 Traveller's Choice" placing "El Cotillo Beach & Lagoons" at No. 4 in the whole of Europe - the apartment is ideal for a reasonably quiet time but with lots of sunshine, sea and sand. The balcony provides a lovely view of the beach and the ocean. A family of 4 can be accommodated with the bedroom providing a double bed with memory foam mattress, and a comfortable mattress available for the living room which, with the fully fitted kitchen area, is open plan. The apartment is located just outside the traditional fishing village of El Cotillo, a 500m stroll away. The popular resort of Corralejo, providing all essential facilities, is about 15 minutes drive. The beach provides the safest bathing on the west coast, the lagoons, protected from the Atlantic waves by lava reefs, are warm and ideal for snorkelling. To the south of the village is a wonderful surfing beach.

I am now retired, living in Norfolk. I have spent 5 lovely winters residing in the apartment but due to changes in my life am now visiting rather less frequently which means I am, once more, able to offer the apartment for warm, winter breaks

Our family had really enjoyed of the stay in Fuerteventura and in your apartment as well. Everything was confortable, and I could not find something bad.



Well, one thing I can tell you that we went often to the french bakery, and the bakery is so near to the appartment. Just five minutes on foot! I think it is the big advantage of your appartment.



If I saw the location of the appartment on the map, I thought, I must have gone to shopping always by car. But the reality was wrong!



On your advertisement you can use the information, that the fine french bakery and the small suparmarket "Dino Express" are close to your appartment. It sounds good for the future guests, I think.



So, I enjoyed the time in Fuerteventura. I would like to visit there again.

Internet is available in the apartment at an additional cost of £10 per week The balcony has a plastic table and chairs. Everything is available for your comfort on the beach. All bed linen, towels, including beach towels, are provided. All linen is changed weekly. This apartment has been our home for much of the last 4 years and is furnished to match our demanding personal needs. Excellent beachside retreat

Really bright and cheerful premises with lovely view and equipped with everything you might need or desire to enjoy your holiday to the full. Bob and Nita were really helpful and they have kept the apartment modern and homely. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect apartment with spectacular view!

The apartment has everything you need and more. The sea view from the balcony is perfect, the bed is really comfortable (even for people with back problems), the kitchen has all the necessary equipment, the bathroom has a bath/shower combination and bidet. The flat screen TV is set and movies on dvd are available in the house, the wifi internet is really fast and there is even furniture for your visit on the beach. The apartment is situated in a quiet and small residence. The owners are a lovely couple.

The place El Cotillo has everything you need: you can surf on the waves, go for kitesurfing, walk along the beach, get a drink in one of the bars and have a good meal in one of the restaurants (for every budget). There are 2 supermarkets, you can rent a bike or surfboard or kite equipment at Tarpons Bay in the mainstreet of the village. Or...you can just sit in the sun, relax and enjoy the view.

Home from Home

A gem of an apartment, very well equipped clean and well mainted apartment we had 10 nights in Bob and Anita's lovely apartment and it was like going from home to home. I would recommend Nitas welcome pack it was a great start as we arrived late it was a life saver . Nita gave me lots of Restaurant tips which we loved.

The location to beach is fantastic we can't wait to go back .
