Kindly note strictly no smoking in the apartment. The apartment is also fitted with Wi-Fi and internet access, which is available for guest use at no extra cost. A complimentary grocery pack is also provided on arrival for your convenience. Reading books provided for guest use. Outside: 2 terraces. In the front terrace there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining, aswell as a rattan sofa and armchairs. The back terrace has a parasol, table, and semi-reclining chairs. Several swimming pools can be used by guests. The largest swimming pool in the complex is right next to the apartment. This has a separate shallow pool for babies and toddlers. All pools are surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for your use - without extra charge. Underground parking with elevator leading to the apartment. Utility Room: Hoover, dust pan & brush and mop. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. The apartment is cleaned before guest arrival. Maid service during your stay is available at an extra cost. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks holiday at your lovely apartment. It was extremely clean, and comfortable and we felt at home immediately. We found everything to be just as described and as shown in the photographs. The pool area was also lovely and the pool itself was very clean. The area had a couple of really good restaurants; the Steak House we found was very good but we especially liked the PlayWright, where the food was excellent. Overall we had a very relaxed and restful holiday. Just what we wanted :-)

Truly wonderful apartment!

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful apartment! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The swimming pools were great, and it was fanastic to have the very safe shallow children's pool adjacent to the adult pool. Although we didn't use the Golf Course, it provided stunning scenery every time we left the apartment. Elviria itself has a number of good shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, all within a few minutes drive from the apartment. Nikki Beach, which is 5 minutes drive away, was also lovely!

Fabulous apartment!

We have nothing but good things to say about this place.

My husband and I spent 9 nights at the apartment this month (July 2016). We knew as soon as we arrived that we were going to enjoy our stay.

The apartment is very well maintained and really clean, the decor is lovely and modern and it is really spacious. The aircon system is really good too which was definitely needed as it was around 30 degrees c everyday! There are two outside patio areas, one at the front which gets the sun all day and one at the back which is covered and good place to eat breakfast/lunch etc. There is a lovely big modern tv in the living room and two big comfy sofas, and a large dining area.

The Santa Maria golf course is gorgeous and there are some lovely views around the resort. The pool areas are lovely and clean, there are two really close to the apartment within a few mins walk. The big pool was quite busy with children at times but I guess this is because it was summer holidays, the smaller one was quiet and had sun beds available.

There is a lift down to the car park, which was handy for suitcases, these could also be used to get up and down to the apartment but we took the stairs as was only one flight but I think it would be fine if you have kids or are a wheelchair user. There is also free road parking which was handy at times.

I would recommend that you hire a car when staying here as the beaches and shops and restaurants I can imagine are quite a walk, as there are some steep hills (we didn't attempt it though as it was too hot). Marbella and Puerto Banus were only a ten minute drive, which was great and there was a lovely reasonably priced gym nearby too which the owners told us about.

This place has everything you need. The owners were fantastic, they were very helpful and really accommodating. We can't wait to go back!

5 mins drive to beaches and close to the word famous Nikki Beach at 5* Don Carlos Hotel. Also only a 10 min drive to the picturesque Cabopino beach. A particular mention goes to the renowned 'funny beach' for its dodgems, paintball and other children’s activities.


30-40minutes drive from Malaga airport. Approx 1 hour drive from Gibraltar airport. Plenty of car hire firms locally and at airport. Local buses and taxis 5 minutes walk. Alternatively, can take train from Malaga airport to Fuengirola and then taxi or bus to the complex.


Marbella and Marbella Old Town. 10 mins.

Puerto Banus, the millionaire's port paradise.15 mins.

Malaga with its culture. 40 mins.

Mijas with its history. 15 mins.

Cabopino - charming, tranquil marina, flanked by white sandy beaches. 10 mins.

Local shopping centre is close by with many bars and restaurants (Italian, French, Chinese, Greek, Indian and Spanish). Banks, hairdressers, dry cleaning and supermarkets (one open till 2am). La Canada (Large shopping mall) 10 mins drive. El Corte Ingles (Large Department store) 15 mins drive.
