The apartment is located in a peaceful street yet is only 2 minutes walking distance to the centre of Torremolinos where many shops, bars, restaurants and cafes can be found. The beach is 3 minutes walking distance. Torrepinos has great security, there is a large communal swimming pool in the quiet gardens, the apartment has optional underground private parking. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 (an additional bed can be provided for a 7th person), 2 full bathrooms. Fully air-conditioned (hot and cold). Satellite TV (Sony 'Bravia' LCD 32" flat screen), DVD player. All bedding and towels are provided for. New Internet wireless connection, bring your own laptop computer for 24 hour access from within the apartment anywhere.

Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning is coin operated (1 euro = 3 hours to cool or heat the entire apartment). Wifi 20 euro per week. Rates are based on 6 sharing, 7th guest 150 euro extra per week, extra linens and towels provided. No final clean charge. Outside: Communal garden has a very good sized swimming pool, lawned and large terraced areas with pine trees, there are 2 WCs by the pool. Access to Torrepinos is by video entry phone, the complex is very secure and private. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board and washing lines. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linens are provided (towels and bedding). Towels and Bedding replaced every Saturday.

Wonderful!

We stayed in Torrepinos in May and had a wonderful holiday, the apartment is spacious and the views are superb. I found myself looking forward to waking early in the mornings to watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean, lovely! The apartment is close to all shops and amenities, good restaurants, and nice cafes where we liked to sit for coffee and cake or wine and tapas and watch the world go by. There is a lovely walk down to the beach. The apartment is very quiet, the owner lives close by and is very friendly, so we knew we only had to call if we had a problem but we had none. A lovely time was had by us all. Thank you and hope to be back soon

Awful

This is not a penthouse apartment As described on advertisement. The whole apartment is grubby. Smelly towels and sheets.

Filthy kitchen which we reported and took 2 days to have cleaned. Cleaner took 3 hours to clean and removed three bags of rubbish.

Fridge smelly, dishwasher didn't work, washing machine leaked into floor. The balcony is very small . Lovely area , with nice restaurants but noise from nightclub across the road. Need to take a lift to beach as very high up.

Really not fit to rent. Wouldn't recommend at all.
