On a quiet side of the village, away from main road noise is Ca'n Llimoner; with magnificent views across the mountains, village, church and the Mediterranean Sea. Being one of the few houses in the village to have a private swimming pool, it is the ultimate place to relax, unwind and savour the Mallorcan lifestyle. The villa has been luxuriously finished throughout in traditional Mallorquin style with high ceilings, wooden beams, white walls, fireplace and cool terracotta tiles. Completely refurbished in 2013 and redecorated with beautiful furniture and fixtures, the villa is an oasis of calm and comfort, both inside and out. Exceptionally well equipped to provide you with every home comfort, Ca'n Llimoner has a boutique five star feel and has full Tourist Classification.

Beautiful villa, ideally located

We loved our stay at C'an Llimoner. The villa is beautifully decorated, with large bedrooms and living spaces. The pool is great (it gets quite warm in the afternoon) and the terrace has fantastic views down to the sea. The villa is also in the perfect spot - situated at the end of a lane, there is no through traffic, so peaceful. However, the path to the beach is by the doorstep, whilst the village is only 2 minutes walk away (up a relatively steep hill).

Deia is an amazing village, with a couple of superb supermarkets and numerous restaurants. You really can park up the car and spend a week relaxing, without having to drive anywhere. And the quality of the food in a number of restaurants (Sebastian, Sa Vinya, Nama to name a few) is exceptional.

This really is a fantastic property in a perfect spot. We've stayed in some top quality Italian villas recently but C'an Llimoner beats them hands down. A truly brilliant holiday destination.

First class

A lovely, well equipped Spanish style villa tastefully decorated and very nicely furnished.

All three bedrooms are ensuite and are extremely comfortable .

The kitchen is very well appointed with all mod cons.

The villa has the added attraction of its own pool which was clean and had plenty of sun loungers .

The area of Deia is breath taking,

The mountains are amazing, as is the rest of the vista from this beautiful villa.

The village is a 3 minute walk from the from door, and has shops and really nice restaurants.

My party had a very peaceful and relaxing time there, and I would not hesitate in stay there again.

Excellent contacts with the letting team who bent over backwards to make our stay first class.

Many, many thanks, if only all villa holidays were as professionally run that's this one.

Deia is popular with cyclists and walkers in the cooler months.

Coast/Beach:

From just below Ca'n Llimoner you can pick up the scenic coastal path which takes you to the nearest beach, Cala Deia, a 20-25 minute rugged walk away, down a long cobbled donkey pathway.

Travel:

Palma airport is 35-40 mins away.

Distances:

Palma is 30 mins by car, there is a frequent bus service to Palma and Soller. Port of Soller where it is possible to go on boat trips etc is 15 mins by car.

Further Details:

Deia is wonderful for a peaceful escape. Once visited, the village becomes an annual feature on most people’s holiday list. It really is a magical place, combining some of the most stunning scenery in Mallorca with a laid back and bohemian feel, whilst offering the most amazing selection of restaurants.

For those wanting to venture further afield, Deia is the perfect base for exploring Mallorca by car or bike. Soller and Valldemossa are each 15 minutes’ drive away and are also served by an excellent bus service from the top of the road.

Opposite Ca’n Llimoner are the village tennis courts and boules courts, which were resurfaced in 2014. You can book the courts, which are free of charge, via the Town Hall and you will find tennis rackets and balls in the house. There is also a boules set if you fancy joining the locals for a match one evening!

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: The house has air conditioning to all the bedrooms. Cots and highchairs available at no extra cost on request. There is parking adjacent to the house although, as the village, shops and restaurants are a 5 mins (uphill) walk away, the house is ideal for guests who do not wish to use a car during their stay. We have a no smoking no pets policy. Unfortunately changes made to European satellite settings by UK and Spanish TV have resulted in weaker signals for British Sky TV channels in Mallorca. To counterbalance this we have installed a larger satellite dish, but signals are still prone to weakness and we cannot guarantee that satellite TV will be available at all times. Regretfully this is totally out of our control. Inclement weather and heavy cloud over the mountains can also affect the signal and occasionally the Sky signal will scramble temporarily. Outside: Outside are lovely terraces cobbled and tiled in traditional Mallorcan style. It has a very sunny aspect – in the summer the sun is on the patio from about 10/10.30am until sunset. The house has a private swimming pool (unheated) with lovely views of the mountains and the sea. There are 6 wooden sun loungers and two parasols. There is a gas BBQ and a large outside dining table on the shaded terrace, which accommodates 8 people. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and utility ceramic sink. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels, including pool towels provided. Property cleaned weekly. Towels and linen changed weekly. Other: There is a formal dining room with 2 sets of double doors leading outside onto the patio.
