Set within a traditionally built Pueblo that mirrors the little picturesque village of Mijas, with its white-washed buildings and narrow winding streets lined with flowers and plants, with magnificent views of the surrounding pine clad mountains and of the coast below which is a 15 minute drive. Although Mijas caters for the tourist with its local restaurants and quaint little shops it still retains much of its charm, full of history and tradition, with annually held concerts and fiestas you are very much apart of the Andalucian life.

About the Owner

My aim was to provide a holiday home to guests that would have a high standard of comfort that would have a home from home feeling and that I myself would be very happy to stay in, and in a location that reflects the country.

I like to try and add personal touches and love to hear back from guest's that have stayed as to what can be improved on if anything to make their stay more enjoyable.

It gives me a lot of pleasure and satisfaction in helping guests with their holidays, and their stay.

I never say anything just to get a booking I always give the honest and best advice possible in regards to either the accommodation or location that will help a guest to choose the location or property that suits their needs, whether it is my property or a colleague’s.

One week till our departure and eventually managed to contact the owner who said that because of Owners Direct she had double booked and was cancelling my booking. I explained I had booked and prepaid in mid March however she said that it was not her responsibility despite two confirmation emails bearing her name. I'm awaiting a refund????

Owner's Response: I can only truly apologise for the error and I completely understand your disappointment as mine in discovering that we had a double booking, most owners have their property listed on a consortium of different booking sites, and unfortunately as explained the fault seemed to have been caused by your booking not linking into the channel manger which maintains all availability;None the less please know that i would never not take action to resolve an over-booking to the guests utmost satisfaction. In contacting you as soon as it became apparent that there was a double booking i had already sent out emails to my colleagues for an alternative apartments for you to choose from, I would have been more than happy to take responsibility to sort the situation out, if you had allowed me to do so, however if this changes please let me know, as As I hadn’t heard anything after you confirmed that owners direct had sent you an email confirming the refund, I presumed that all was okay, as explained owners are not paid/nor do we receive any funds until after so many days of the guest checking in, but I am more than happy to check on your behalf with ownersdirect i am disappointed that i wasn't given the opportunity to sort something else for you allowing me to take any stress away from this most unfortunate situation I remain at your service if needed Best wishes Natalie

I love fell in love with this area because of the of the traditional quality that is distinctive to Spain, its a beautiful quaint little village that does without a doubt capture your heart. You have it all without going anywhere else,

Beach: 5 km, car/bus coastal bus route runs every 15mins, bus stop on corner of Nuevo Pueblo, 30mins walking for the more energetic.


Malaga Airport: 20 km (15mins) drive, car hire in arrival, easy pick up and drop of at departure, taxi at arrivals, train 3 min over walk-way from departure upstais, can be taken into Fuengirola then bus or taxi up to Mijas Pueblo total journey time approx 30mins.


5 min walking to the centre of Mijas Pueblo, Marbella 20 min drive, Ronda 45 mins drive, lake district 45 mins drive.

20 minutes from Malaga airport, Mijas is an ideal hoilday location for those who prefer to experience the magic of village life, with everything within walking distance both day and evening and with a coastal bus root running every 15 minutes when preferred, so there is no need for a car, and for those who enjoy exploring other areas of Andalucia, Mijas is an ideal central location with the main roads of Coin directly behind and the new toll roads connecting with the Mijas mountain road below.
