Apartment in Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca - Short Walk to Beaches, Bars, Dinning and Shops

Within a short walk of the apartment the beaches are plentiful and vary from vast expanses of sand to small pebble coves. Many of the safe white sandy beaches are proud to display the blue flag awarded by the EU for cleanliness and safety. The beaches close enough to walk to along the coastline are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima. Playas Flemenca and La Zenia are the closest to the apartment, only a 10 – 15 mins walk. The Playa Flamenca centre is only a 5 mins stroll from the apartment. It has many bars with entertainment and restaurants, plus a supermarket, shops and a bank. The Villamartin centre is a short 5 min drive, also with numerous bars and restaurants, and in the summer evenings there is a variety of entertainment provided in the Plaza. The Aquaparks at Torrevieja and Quesada provide lots of fun in the summer months. Go Karting is available close by and the Terra Mitcha theme park is about 90 mins away by car. No smoking and no pets.

VERY easy to book, agent excellent , welsh, but not his fault, very helpful. Exceptionally clean and tidy, would be fantastic for family with kids as overlooks the best pool in complex, 2 good sized bedrooms EACH ensuite, one with bath ,other shower. LOT of local restaurants, bars within 2-300 yards, Lidl right opposite complex.

The position is excellent. Very close walking proximity to several beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants. You don't need a car. A lovely well equipped accommodation overlooking a well kept pool.

There are several beaches all within walking distance, the closest beach is a 10 mins walk. New for 2007 are promenades linking formal walkways to 6 beaches to the south. Earlier road works on the N332 are now complete at Playa Flamenca for the 2010 season, and there is a new footpath making it easy and quicker to walk to these beaches from our apartment. There are other beaches within a short drive. Please see our website for details.


Alicante 45 mins. Murcia 20 mins. You can pre-book taxi transfers on-line if not hiring a car. A car is not necessary as beaches, restaurants and entertainment are in walking distance.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. There is also a local charge for linen/towel change - 60 Euros payable on arrival. Airport transfers are Mucia 40 Euros each way and Alicante 50 Euros each way, door to door by our agent. If you are making your own way there is a local meet and key delivery charge of 20 Euros.

Deposit on booking £75 per week, balance and security deposit due 6 weeks before arrival

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
